Tri-City Cleaners & Laundromat

I’m sitting here washing things as I type this review. Our dryer at home has been broken for 3 weeks pending landlord replacement, so we needed to hit a laundromat while we wait. This place is great. Very very clean, quiet all things considered, and the manager is going around cleaning, wiping units & screens, mopping, vacuuming and making sure washers & dryers are clean & ready for their next use. They have 18, 25, 35, 50 & 75 gallon washers so there’s a size for everything. They have big & medium Dryers too. 5 stars from me. Great place to do your laundry.

This laundromat is spotlessly clean! The machines are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. While I was there, I had the chance to meet the owner—she’s fantastic and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had been coming here for a couple of weeks and really liked this place at first. Last week I came in around 8:00, which should have been fine since the sign clearly says "Last wash at 9:00 PM." While I was already taking my things out, an employee came out and told us it was too late and that we couldn’t wash. I initially understood—until I saw a woman walk in right after me with her laundry. He saw her and said nothing. When I asked for the manager’s number (which was displayed), he whispered something and laughed at me. That was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Rules should apply to everyone, and customers should not be mocked for asking reasonable questions.

Not the same as it was years ago although owner does good job making the place look nice. Major things to note are: parking: went mid day on a Sunday and it was tough going. Almost seems like there isn't enough parking for them to be at full capacity which I suppose is a good thing. Washers seemed new and they made quick work of my laundry. Tons of dryers and even though they look dated they work well. The bathroom did not have warm water so curious if any washers do. A fair amount of seating and tables. Carts are hard to come by. Would return here although likely not my first choice

I was nervous about getting my wedding dress and veil pressed but they did an exceptional job!! I highly recommend them and I can’t thank them enough for the amazing service and attention to detail provided!! Thank you greatly!

Terrible. Clothes were done washing for 5 mins while I was on my phone in the laundromat (bought candy out of his vending machines, soap from his dispenser). An employee or maybe owner decided to tell me I can’t dry my clothes because they had been sitting there for "20mins" . I tried to tell him that was not the case, he proceeded to argue. I told him id leave and dry my clothes at home. This place was empty. Very rude people. Apparently this short angry Hispanic gentleman that was rude to me has been terrorizing customers for almost a decade at this establishment.

CLEANEST ONE I HAVE FOUND IN AREA. TRY TO NOT GO WHEN THE OLDER LADY IS WORKING. AS SHE SEEMS TO BE A BIT ENTITLED? THE CODE TO THE BATHROOM SHOULDNT BE A SECRET WHEN YOUR A CUSTOMER. ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE. TRY TO REMEMBER THAT!!!
