I used to love coming here but cost of food to portions are now a joke. I ordered a $18 roll and it was the slimmest and saddest roll I’ve ever ordered. My toddler could have ate it all by himself. It was the size of about two kids fish sticks. My partner ordered the beef Yakisoba. Portion for this was also disappointing. He said it had no flavor, noodles were chewy to where they stick to your teeth and it was super greasy (you could see the grease drenching the noodles and ponding at the bottom of the container). Yakisoba barely had any meat and veggies in it. In total we paid about $50 for all the food we ordered. As stated before portions are tiny for how much they cost. Not worth it. We are both super disappointed and will not be returning. Our options were this or McDonald’s and sad to say we would have been better off getting McDonald’s.
My wife and I chose Osaka because in the past they have had good food and fair prices. We've even had Uber Eats deliver from there with no issues whatsoever. What has changed? My wife ordered Fish and Chips and this is what she got. 3 child size fish sticks, "Different from the menu, which showed 2 large fish filets".I thought it was a joke. We're not confrontational, and as a practice , never send food back. Ive seen the movie "Waiting". The server was friendly and seated us promptly, and I did appreciate that. My order was, Teriyaki beef and chicken, ordinarily very good. My beef tasted like liver and tainted the chicken as well, which ruined it. 60.00 for crap food. Id like the owner to respond please. Sadly, we won't be back. What happened to this restaurant? Update: Thanks for the response. Come back? Not on your life. All the best!
This place has been a staple for us when staying at the La Quinta across the street. It doesn't have much to recommend it in terms of atmosphere, kind of a nicely appointed food court vibe, but the food's usually good. That days, we were really bummed at the service this last time and will never eat there again. They advertise $24.99 for any two sushi rolls all over the restaurant. We had already ordered one deluxe sushi roll before noticing it, so decided to order another sushi roll to get the deal. So we ordered two sushi rolls, one after the other, expecting to get the $24.99 price (and telling the server that that is what we were doing), but were informed when we got the check that the two rolls had to be ordered at the same time in order to get that price, and that even the manager couldn't provide a discount on the bill to make it right. We'll never eat here again, which is a bummer because the kids enjoy the food and it's easy walking distance from the hotel. 🤷🏻
Yummy!! Very quick service. Food was good. We had been traveling since the Baja, and stopped in here for the night. The server was lovely. The food good.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Would give ten out five stars for starters. The service was fast. The waitress was super uber nice. The food is fantastic! The music is wonderful! The atmosphere is amazing over here! The tea is very tasty & quality!
Have to say, this is one of the best sushi places I have ever eaten. Rice was fresh a sticky. You can tell the chef cared about how the food was prepared. Top notch. I would definitely drive the 3.5 hours just to eat here again. Thanks for a great experience.
We were staying at the hotel across the street and ordered via door dash. We were told 55 minutes and it would be done. After 55 minutes and it’s still not done we walked over to see the status thinking they must be busy. There were three people in the entire restaurant with several staff just standing around. Got our food which had been ready (they didn’t update the app status). Once we got back it was obvious that our food had been sitting, because my noodles were cold and my chicken had been sitting because it also was cold. The food itself was good, but I am not satisfied with the service at all.
