I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided by The Jackson Clinic’s call center and billing department. Just about every phone call I’ve had with them has been unpleasant. The representatives are often rude, impatient, and make you feel as though helping you is a burden. Today was no different. I spoke with someone in the call center around 1:05 PM who went back and forth with me about what I had been paying for my copay, even though I have receipts confirming the amount I stated. In the middle of our conversation, she abruptly transferred me to billing while I was still speaking; completely unprofessional behavior. It’s unfortunate to experience this kind of treatment from a healthcare provider’s staff. I truly hope The Jackson Clinic addresses these customer service issues, because patients deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy.

I called the Jackson clinic multiple days at multiple times to have my calls not answered. One time after waiting for someone to pick up for 15 minutes. They picked the phone up and hung up without saying hello. Later that day when I called, the person said they would get back and never did. Called a few times the next day and left a voicemail, and they did call back but I missed it. When I called back on 10/10 at 1507 , the lady on the phone was very shrill and impatient, I had to ask her was she okay. I finally asked who was I speaking to because she was so rude. She said her name was Molly and I did not need to know her last name. I just hung up because I am cash paying for a surgery, and I do not need to be talked to like that by anyone I’m doing business with because I don’t treat anyone like that. All I needed was to know if they received my fax so I could have off after surgery the following week. Very disgusting miserable behavior.

I keep getting repeated emails saying I have a balance and that I’m going to be automatically charged for said fees. I have paid my full balance and called this place multiple times to have them remove my credit card. I have been lied to by women in the business office saying this would be resolved. I haven’t been in Jackson for well over a year now and I’m becoming infuriated. I am PREGNANT and cannot afford any more stupid charges from doctors that I’m not even being seen by. If this doesn’t get resolved before October 2025 I will be filing with the better business bureau and I will have no choice but to report my card information as STOLEN. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION!!!!

Filing a quality of care complaint on this provider, focusing on the prior authorization department. Long story short they failed to send my PA in a timely manner, called to request it myself) so they sent it without all the proper information causing it to be denied. Now I have to file an appeal and wait even longer. Stay far away from this clinic, you’re not important to them. Changing Physicians asap, which is sad I loved Dr Nass!

If you are in the market and you’re looking to get pregnant or dealing with infertility, I would suggest do not go to this clinic. They are a joke. They are very rude very conceited. Dr. Flemming is very unprofessional and so is his little nurse practitioner friend and a younger! They lack the skills to communicate between each other. They try to brush you off and treat you like crap and then they’ll tell you to go one place and you go there then you’re being told to go back there you’ll get to go around. They act like they don’t care about their patience. Well, at least those two doctors I can’t speak for all of them Gaslighting you so before you even think about going here for any sort of treatment and wasting your money or your insurance, don’t do it especially with these two doctors just listed. I would not even send my Dog to this doctor’s office

I have been on the hold for 30 minutes to speak to a nurse to request a refill of two prescriptions. The same music and message played over and over for 30 minutes and then the message told me no one was available and to leave a message. That is mental punishment in my opinion. If your not sick when you start you will be before you get hung up on. I may be old but my time is still valuable.

Scheduled an Annual Wellness Exam with the clinic there, which is granted free once an yr under Blue Cross Blue Shield. They weighed me, checked bp and temp, and Dr Gooch asked if I’d ever had a colonoscopy. I said no, and so he said if I want one, let him know and he’ll schedule it. Then a month later I get a bill for $225 for the visit. A bit take aback, I called BCBS and they said it was coded wrong and that I get a free annual checkup every yr, so I called the clinic and billing said "Although insurance pays its end, the clinic is going to get theirs out of you too, that’s just how it is" However, that’s not how it is. Insurance pays it ALL, no co-pay or deductible for a yearly wellness checkup. So called my insurance and filed a grievance, and they called the clinic as well to tell them that they coded it wrong as "fatigue". They knew exactly why I went there, and the questionnaire I filled out via email for the clinic shows that I responded to not having any loss of energy, no physical problems, I feel great at 46 yrs old, but only want to make sure my vitals are good. But still, the used "fatigue" as the primary code in order to charge me for a visit….Guarantee this, I’ll never be back there again 👍🏻
