Dr Katherine recently removed a cancerous spot from my back. I have been to other dermatologists in the area but she is by far the best! During the whole procedure Dr Katherine and her wonderful nurse made my wife and I feel so comfortable, so relaxed, and so much at home. The whole time they were working on me we all talked, laughed, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself, despite the fact that I was being cut on. Dr Katherine and her nurse were so professional, but never made me feel that I was being rushed out, despite the fact that it was the day before Thanksgiving and I knew staff probably wanted to get done so they could go home. They answered all my questions, and made sure I was at ease. Dr Katherine removed the cancerous tissue, then sewed me up with ten stitches. She was being so careful so that the scar wouldn’t be ugly. I told her that I didn’t care what it looked like because it was on my back. She responded "but I care what it looks like". I felt zero pain, zero discomfort, even after I got home. It has been a week after surgery, and I still have zero pain, zero discomfort. Also, a week prior to the surgery, Dr Katherine did a very THOROUGH exam of my skin when she found this cancerous spot. She took WAY more time in her examination of me than any other doctor ever had. I pray to never have any more cancerous spots, but if I do, I will definitely look forward to having Dr Katherine and her wonderful nurse taking good care of me again! Update to this review: Dr Katherine actually personally called me at home at 7:30 last night with the results of my biopsy. Most doctors I have dealt with usually gets their nurse to call. Not Dr Katherine-she is very hands-on and takes a personal interest in her patients’ well being. Thank you Dr Katherine!

I had my biopsy performed at a different clinic as I wasn't sure who to even see. I was so unhappy with their attitude and treatment so a friend recommended I see the doctors at Jackson Clinic Dermatology as I have basal cell carcinoma. I saw Dr Hall and she was fantastic. She put my mind at ease and answered all my questions and explained the Mohs Surgery so I'll know what to expect. I highly recommend the team here and will never go anywhere else. They genuinely care about their patients.

I called to make an appt after being advised by my Oncologist to see a dermatologist for what he feels is most likely melanoma. The lady that answered the phone literally sounded like I woke her up from a nap and she was irritated that she was being bothered, and she offered me an appt for FOUR months away! I’ll be making an appt with another Dermatology Clinic that will maybe take my health seriously. Update: I was able to get an appt with Dr Hall thru my primary care physician ( again my previous review was not about the Dr, it was just the receptionist that caused the problem ) and Dr Hall was absolutely amazing. I would recommend her to anyone!

I understand the bad reviews now. After attempting to try to find out who handled the CoolSculpting at this Clinic I got four different answers. When I finally got the correct person which is Melissa she's either not in the office and yet you can't even schedule an appointment with her because she does it which is fine if she followed through. So no one that answers the phone can make an appointment which is so antiquated and controlling from the person that's doing the procedures. No one returns phone calls and I'll probably will be looking elsewhere because I'm not going to go through Heaven and Earth just to get an appointment.

Buckley Parker is amazing. I have always had "doctor anxiety" and he makes every visit so laid back and comfortable. The staff has been amazing to work with and really showed so much kindness and compassion during my 6 month treatment. I don’t like having blood drawn, but they always make sure I’m comfortable and have truly made my experience as painless as possible.

After waiting 6 months to see the dermatologist I finally had my appointment today with Kimberly Preston. When I got to the clinic there was literally no one else there. Once I got to see the doctor it seemed as though she was in the biggest rush to get me out of the clinic, not bothering to ask me about any other problems I’ve been having and she did not offer to examine any parts of my skin other than my scalp and face. She did not make me feel like a person, rather just an obstacle of her day. I highly recommend going somewhere else for dermatology if you want to be treated like a human.
