I tried really hard to find something about this cut I loved but the truth is I’m absolutely devastated. When I sat down in the chair I said I love the length just need some layers put in to give life to my curls. My only request was no stack bob and what I got was bob in the front and long forgotten curls in the back. I did go back to attempt to have it fixed however it’s still extremely choppy uneven short in the front and longer in the back. My hair grows incredibly slow and I’m just at a loss with the results. Not to mention my hair was not washed or styled after either cut which is just good practice when cutting curly hair. Without cutting my hair shorter I’m not sure how to fix it so I’m just left with a cut that not even my curly hair can disguise. On a positive note the staff was friendly. ***To correct you I have had my hair cut several times. I just have been growing it out. What I said is that I had moved to Boise two years ago. Just admit you all did a terrible job on my hair. The so-called layers that were attempt are uneven and choppy. How I could be satisfied is accountability*** not trying to shift the blame to an untruth. I never said I haven’t had a hair cut in two years.

Raul is the best. My fiancé and I both enjoy going to him because he genuinely cares about his work, and it shows in the end product! Whenever I have a big life event, I make sure to stop in and see Raul first!

I'm sad to say today was my last hair appointment with Hannah at the Electric Chair, because I'm moving out of state. She does such a wonderful job with my hair color. I've been going to the salon for 5+ years and I will miss Hannah, Lindsay, Ren and Bailee terribly. Not only are they great stylists, they are kind and caring people.

I’ve been going to Hannah for almost 2 years and she’s the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. She does amazing color and I’ve never liked short hair until she’s done it on me and now I’m completely obsessed. I will never have long hair again. She’s amazing. She’s professional, and she listens to her client.. Also, the vibe of the shop is just amazing and the other people that work there the other stylist they’re just awesome kind hearted people!! Highly recommend!! ♥️
