The Cosmetics Company Store

It’s terrible customer service. The lady named Laura or Lauren, she mentioned that she has been working for the company 20 years. How can the company let her work here for 20 years with that terrible customer service. Trying to fighting with customer on the phone and against the exchange/ return policy which state don the receipt. Keep mentioning this is outlet store, then what? Do you means because this is outlet store then customer doesn’t have any right to ask for return/ exchange? Then the company should change the policy and state on the receipt that " no exchange, no return". The lady doesn’t represent the le gal’s department of the company, but acting like she own the company. Additionally, be aware and ask in advance if the product is final sale or not. They are not gonna tell you that and just trying to sale the products as much as possible. Disappointed with the sale person, and the company as well since they let someone who doesn’t know how to respect customer being at the store.

If you want to be followed around the store and have employees peek over the shelfs to keep track of the items in your hand….come on down and spend your hard-earned money here. The employees were rude and not helpful. I overheard the cashier offer every person freebies with their purchase if they signed up for the email list except when it came to me. My husband tried punching it in and even asked her and she said oh no the free gifts are only for when you buy certain products. I guess the $200 I spent was not enough. I used to come here every time I was in town but never again.

What a disaster. I am a makeup artist, and have been for 28 yrs. This store has the worst customer service! The clerk made a mistake by not putting the makeuo in the right row and I made the mistake by not double checking her work. I received the worst service and all together human decent behaviors from the entire staff. Learn to run a business. No wonder you have a 3 star rating. It should be a one star

The store manager was unpleasant. Inconsiderate. Didn’t even apologize. Just not a good customer service.

The Cosmetic Company is a hidden gem for beauty lovers! The staff were super friendly and helpful, making it easy to find what I needed. The stock was impressive, and the sales were seriously amazing. It’s the perfect spot to snag high-end beauty products without breaking the bank.

There was a lady with blonde hair and freckles working there who was incredibly rude to us. Was just in line and waiting and was told "do you mind backing up" in a rude tone.

SUPER SUPER ANGRY about the experience shopping there! Me and my friend buy products in the store on the same day. When my friend pay $128 products at the cashier, the manager tells her if she buy over $200, there will be free gifts include one Estee Lauder Micro Essence, one cream and one eye shadow palette. But when I go there and spend $177, another employee tells nothing about the promotion! I can understand the shop cannot do return because of the shop policy, BUT I REALLY CAN’T UNDERSTAND WHY THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS DIFFERENTLY ON THE SAME DAY. I am really disappointed and depressed about the treatment I got there. DO NOT SHOP THERE IF YOU WANT BE TREATED DIFFERENTLY!
