Review written 12/03/2025. Tasty spicy tofu bowl. Friendly service. Took about 10-15 minutes to receive food to go. Removing one star because they don’t have a way to scan the Teriyaki Madness rewards app, you have to scan your receipt after the fact, which hasn’t worked when I’ve tried. Wish they offered non-meat eggrolls. (They only have chicken egg rolls and I am vegetarian) Bowl included one free side of Teriyaki sauce and one free pack of siracha in the bag. They had forks and chopsticks and napkins over by the beverage station.
I came in to pick up food at this establishment, my order being ready at 9:02 PM 11/11/25. I arrived and was promptly given my food. As I went to grab napkins I noticed that they didn't include any sweet and sour sauce in the bag. Naturally, I went to the counter to ask for some sweet and sour sauce. The original cashier was no longer there so I was helped by another man, an older south asian man to be specific. The details are relevant here because his behavior was despicable. Anyway, I asked for sweet and sour sauce. He was aggressive right off the bat, insisting that the sauce was in the bag. He started to come around the counter to come towards me to open the bag, and at this point I told him he was "doing too much" and swiftly exited. I was already feeling very uncomfortable with the encounter so obviously it had to get worse, right? Yup, tell me why this man CHASED ME OUT OF THE RESTAURANT and started coming up to me as I was entering my car. I was immediately alarmed and scared because of his erratic behavior. I immediately told the man that he was being weird and to get away from me. At this point he finally retreated. Now what would have been the problem with just giving me the one sauce packet? Was it really necessary to act this way? ABSOLUTELY NOT. I genuinely didn't expect to get harassed at Teriyaki Madness today. Women, please avoid this establishment. There is no deceny or basic human respect available for us here. The chicken may be good, but the stingy creeps make this place earn a spot on my "never eating there again" list.
The service was fantastic the day I was there 2/13/26. Ordered in person. Ordered rangoon, pot stickers, fried rice, chicken fried rice bowl (with specific vegetables only) side of noodles, extra side of fried rice and was all cooked great!! The order took about 10-12 minutes which is exactly what they said when I ordered it. Very nice staff. Would order again from this location.
This was my first time trying Teriyaki Madness Fresh Asian Grill, and as a very picky eater, I was honestly impressed. I ordered the spicy teriyaki bowl with veggies and fried rice, and everything tasted amazingly good. The broccoli was fresh, the chicken was seasoned perfectly, and the spice level was just right—light but still spicy 🌶️. Nothing was overpowering, just really well balanced. I truly have no complaints. Yumm tumm good! I’ll definitely be ordering again. 🥳
Delighted to have stopped by Teriyaki Madness for a yummy, balanced bowl. You can select from tofu, chicken, salmon, steak...and customize your rice or noodles, fried, white or brown rice or yakisoba noodles. The classic teriyaki chicken was smokey and tender, sweet with pillowy rice and fresh umami vegetables slightly wok tossed. It was delicious! The staff are friendly and welcoming, perfect for a quick healthy meal. Thank you kindly. Hope to return soon for another bowl, maybe chicken katsu with power bowl (all veggies) and an appetizer for edamame or egg roll. Make sure sure to sign up for points and special deals. They even offer catering and delivery
I went here after the gym with my friend. The owners were so friendly and nice! I wish I took a better photo of the food, but it was yummy! Perfect post-workout meal. 10/10 I would come again!
I only eat halal, and the cashier was very friendly and helpful - she mentioned that only the chicken is halal here. I went with that, and the experience was good overall. The food was fresh and tasty, and the location is super convenient right across from LA Fitness. If you’re looking for a quick halal chicken protein fix, definitely check this place out! I do hope they consider making more items halal in the future, it would be great to have more options!
