Been coming here since it was first opened. The stylists here always do an excellent job. They will have you in and out before you know it.

Worst experience of my life. I relocated from NYC and was looking for a hairdresser. Against my better judgement I went to Norwalk Supercut because the location was convenient for me. Aizhen was my hairdresser. She asked if I had a picture and I showed her a simple cut and asked if she could do it. She responded yes. I informed her that I was trying to let my hair grow out but my hair was long enough for the cut. With a hairwash and cut Aizhen spent no more than ten minutes with me. She was very rude and condescending. Raised her voice at me numerous times. I continuoulsy asked her to lower her voice. How unprofessional for a hairdresser to yell at her customers. I asked her to even out my hair since one side was longer than the other. I guess that angered her because she chopped off my hair. The haircut looked nothing like the picture. Both sides were uneven, choppy and one side was butchered. Aizhen did a decent job with the back but I do not walk backwards. I called and asked to speak to the manager, not surprisingly there wasn't one. Where's the accountability? I returned for another hairdresser to repair the damage. Thankfully she was able to by cutting it very short. Upset that I have to let it grow out again. The whole time I was there Aizhen continued to yell at me. I told her to lower her voice and that I didn't want to speak to her. She was even insulting. She accused me of cutting my hair at home afterwards and ruined her cut. I am a senior in my 70s and have been going to salons for over 50 years and have never encountered such disrespect, rudeness and unprofessionalism. Aizhen should go back to school and learn how to blend and layer hair correctly instead of chopping it. But most importantly she needs to attend customer service training and anger management classes! I am owed an apology from Aizhen. In reading her numerous negative reviews it seems that it's her usual demeanor. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Norwalk Supercut! 3/21 Update - To date I have had NO additional response or feedback from the owner of Supercuts. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely horrible. This is how they left my daughter, on her 5 th birthday. When I noticed how terrible it was I went back in for him to finish it. Was I not supposed to notice? What a joke. negative stars

Three stars just because I had the convenience of driving close by. I don’t think I would come here again. There was an Asian lady working there. She was sweet to talk and we had a nice chat while she was cutting my hair. But she didn’t do a good job with the haircut. She was in rush and finished the whole thing in like 5 minutes. Clearly, she was rushing and wanted to kick me out sooner. They still had some time to close but don’t know why that happened. But again, great lady and had a good chat with her. Except for the main job (haircut) was not at all great.

Absolutely the worst! I went there last week to get a haircut and it turned out to be the worst decision of my life. A lady attended me and cut my hair. The whole time, she kept talking about how she knows some of my colleagues and what a great job she does, even mentioned she doesn't like cheap customers. Her haircut was super hurried. I was in and out just the store in 20mins (never happened before). My left side ended up looking different than my right side. She left patches of different lengths on the back and even cut two lines with the trimmer into my scalp by mistake. That's not all, she cut into half my beard and then asked, "You gonna cut your bread too, right?" Like i had any other choice at that time :/ She even mocked me, saying why y do i need to check my hair at the end and never showed me the handy mirror. I realized all the above when I got back home. Even worse, I had a party to attend after that which I told her about. She might be a nice lady, but one thing she's definitely not is a hair dresser. I had some very embarrassing moments because of this and the worst haircut in my life.

This review is for my hair stylist, Aizhen, who has cut my hair the past few years. She is friendly and smart, but also understands me. She remembers how I want my hair cut, she takes care of me quickly, and above all, treats me like a person. I am grateful for her. I get in and out quickly and without stress. She is my only stylist now.

I've been going here since moving to the area 4 years ago. I have also had my hair cut by all of the stylists there but David is my preferred stylist. Again, the whole staff is great but he's my go to (it's like when you recommend a restaurant and say every dish is good but you order the same thing everytime). I used to have a preferred haircut but I let David take charge and cut then style it because I trust his skills and he's just that good. I recommend this place to anybody needing a haircut and style.
