I just was reading some of the reviews and want to make a comment. IT IS THE PATIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO UNDERSTAND THEIR INSURANCE BENEFITS!!! Not the office!!! This is such a misconception. The fact they even bill for you is a courtesy! I worked in dental and this was so frustrating and unfair. There are THOUSANDS of different policies. We WISH we could know all of them for you but it’s impossible. So please be kind and take responsibility.

Dr. Shazi is an AWESOME dentist! The staff are great as well.. her office is so welcoming and comforting- unlike any other places I've ever been. I recommend to everyone looking for a dentist!

I went there for regular teeth cleaning. They claimed there are many issues with my teeth which I was doubted and uncomfortable. They said one of the urgent issues is that I need to replace a crown because of a very minor cavity. However, I went to another dental clinic and the dentist said the cavity is too minor to fix. I just need to clean it well everyday and keep monitor it when having regular cleaning with dentist. So be aware of their overtreatments!

Did not notify us that they were out of network. Unfortunately we found out once we got a bill for $400 from them. When I brought this to the Dr.'s attention she brushed me off and asked me to wait... then when everything was settled she wouldn't ever return my calls to try and discuss the remaining balance. Most unprofessional dentist i've been to. Their receptionist was very defensive and really difficult to work with. The office is cramped and the equipment not up to par with dentists i've had in the past. Plus one of the teeth she re-did the filling ended up with an infected root canal :(. Awful experience.

Did not notify me that they are not in network. Over treat is a problem. The staffs are nice though. The crown price is a lot higher than my current dental office.

Dr. Shahzi is a very good doctor and has been very helpful in solving our dental problems. The office is clean and the front desk staff is awesome!

Dr Shazi and her staff are excellent. Very helpful and patient, and professional in their advice.
