Charged 10 dollars to use my card. Need to put a sign where people can see!! Tried to pay cash and delete card BUT they said they could not. Guess they didn’t know how!!! Said GM told them they couldn’t. Bunch of crap!!! Will NOT BE BACK!!!!

I went into Lawtons State Beauty Supply and was told they don’t sell wholesale to licensed professionals anymore. Every thing is retail. I said I’m a licensed cosmetologist, instructor, retired state inspector. I told her to return one of my products and she asked if I wanted credit. I told her I wanted cash back since I would Not be back since they were no longer wholesale to professionals.

Forever my favorite supply store for all of my products. Everyone who works here is always so friendly and provide such a positive environment. They help when you ask questions and are just overall an amazing crew. Highly recommend this store for all your professional products!

I like this place a lot. They women who work here are so nice and helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that they don't have prices on the majority of their product. Only the specials of the week/month/season have prices. So it's like I'm shopping blind sometimes, not knowing what my total is going to be once I reach the register. The ladies have been wonderful when I need to price check items though.

Came in to exchange my shampoo/conditioner and serum that does not work for my hair. This does not typically happen. I have asked in the past if shampoo was exchangeable because my husband was trying to find something he liked. I have exchanged crew that made his scalp itchy to another men's shampoo in the Redkin line. Today, was a problem. I got it's a 10 on the 28th. They were closed for some days due to the hoilday. The old lady said that they do not return. And was questioning who told me. Hell, I don't remember. I just know I have needed to exchange before and it was fine. As long as it wasn't used much and had the receipt. I used the shampoo/ conditioner and serum once and my hair was soooo dry. It was the worst shampoo I have used. When we got in the car my husband checked the receipt and it said there is a 10 day return. I am 13 days late but the issue is she said there was NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Typically, professional products are guaranteed so I do not understand why they wouldn't allow an exchange. I wasn't trying to get money I was just wanting shampoo replaced. My husband said she was probably stereotyping just by the way we looked. He was also there too and was confused why she wouldn't exchange it. I won't go back. I'll keep my business in OKC where professional products are guaranteed. So much for keeping business in Lawton.
