WOW, best customer service EVER. Bri with the beautiful neon pink hair was a breath of fresh air. Knew all the scents that went with my style and vibe. Let us know so much insight on perfumes. Just a vibrant light, ended up getting a few scents. Very happy with my purchases! Thanks so much to BRI!

Love this store! So many products. I had to look for the products myself, I'm used to having many staff show me where to find things. This was my first time at Ulta in Lawton. All the holiday gifts are out, so I'll definitely be back! Update-The staff is amazing! Friendly and helpful, I found exactly what I was looking for without problems! More nail polish, of course.

Omg! I can not express how much help the cashier with the split dye blonde and black hair was! Stephanie(Im pretty sure thats her name) She answered all my questions and helped me find the two items that I was searching around for feeling dumbfounded lol She made me feel less anxious and her smile is infectious! 5 stars girl 5 freaking stars!

Went in to pick up an online order, myself and two other people standing in line. Two workers up front not acknowledging any of us waiting to be checked out. Girl 1"so and so just told me. Had to go do something. Girl 2"she can’t demand you to do something." This conversation carried on for several minutes before I asked if either of them were going to check us out. Both seemed annoyed. Very unprofessional. I asked about the free gifts that were supposed to come with my order. She told me there was a number I could call. The mouthier of the two had "lead cashier" on her name tag. Yikes, that’s poor leading

I have been looking for a place to get my hair colored since I moved to Lawton. I have tried two other places. Today I went to Ulta. I have found my place. Amanda did my hair. She was amazing. She did such a good job. I was very impressed with her skills. Amanda is a very talented hair dresser. I highly recommend ulta and Amanda.
