Had a fantastic experience! I found them on Groupon and thought I would give it a try.. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. I felt very informed about all of my options and educated on the procedures I was interested in. I was very pleased with how affordable the various options were. I definitely plan to go back and highly recommend for others to contact to get more information on your options for feeling good and looking your best!

I have been here multiple times and loved my service every time. Prices are reasonable. The assistant Dan is a very polite and genuine soul. Office is clean and professional looking. I like the aroma diffuser in the rooms and tv for viewing movies during treatments. They also hand out very informative pamphlets.

I got this through Groupon and set up an appointment. When I arrived one of the questions was asking for my social security number which I did not put down. Lady at the front desk is really sketchy as well as the Dr. Doing the B12 shot. When I asked if she needed to scan my groupon, she said oh yeah and then pulled up her phone out and scanned the Groupon. As I was getting my shot at the doctor started telling me about Ozempic... I had to ask him about the shot and what it was going to do for me... I have to ask him, so when is this going to start working? You said it should start to work by tomorrow or by the end of the day today... Hmmm the Groupon was for six shots, the lady at the front desk never asked me when would I like to schedule my next appointment. I had to ask her so how often should I be getting these injections? Then she said oh about once a week. Then I scheduled my next appointment which I'm not sure I will go to unless I see some kind of results. Not sure that this is legit or not but we'll see.

I was thrilled by the facility and service at St Jude’s. The office was spotless and well equipped and the staff was very accommodating. Dr Okoye did my Ultherapy and used Arnica gel to prevent pain. He was thorough, professional and friendly and the results are already apparent and they improve over the next couple of months. Also the last time I had it done elsewhere and it was painful. With Dr Okoye there was little to no discomfort. I had a Groupon but the regular price is also good for what you get. Plan to use them again in a few months. We drove 90 minutes to get there from Bradenton. A great experience and well worth it!

It’s forcing me to put a star. I had the most horrific experience at this office. I was sent an incorrect invoice and informed the front receptionist of the mistake and she stated she would have the Dr fix it and call me back. Supposedly the man who called me back stated he was Dr Gordon Okoye (highly doubtful) he began kind enough but the phone call immediately went left when he decided that he was going to humiliate the employee that made the mistake. He was forcing her to BEG for my forgiveness and I wish I was joking but she started to beg me for my forgiveness. I quickly shut that down. The man pretending to be the Dr then unleashed all fury upon me and dismissed me as a patient for not allowing him to treat a human being like a dog. Be warned they don’t always use suppliers from the United States and I am not entirely sure that the people working there are even legal to be in the country because what self respecting person would allow their employer to treat them this way if they weren’t in some way indentured to him. Be very careful going to this office for anything other than to renewing your medical marijuana prescription or to get your card. Be wary there are nefarious practices that go on here please be extremely cautious. Don’t say you weren’t warned!!!

Scam alert! Bought a groupon for 2 coolscultping sessions for an area they clearly stated that they provided. Had a consult where they confirmed they were able to provide the service but the machine was down. They made an apt with me and told me they would call to confirm which they never did. I called twice and was told again that the machine was down and they would call me. They never did. I called again and was told they don't have the attachment. So they basically lied to me for about 3 weeks. I am now out this money and working with groupon to try to get a refund. I really should have checked the Google reviews. I hope I prevent someone else for falling for these scam artists. Go ahead and scroll thru these reviews. I'm not the only one, there are several people with similar experiences. This business continues to advertise on groupon that they can provide this service that they admitted that they cannot! Honestly, at this point this experience was so awful I'd rather be out the money and never have to deal with them again!

I am 51 years old and have suffered with a debilitating autoimmune condition since I was diagnosed at 18. There is no known cure. I was going to St. Jude for vitamin shots and Dan has always been kind and helpful. One day I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Okoye and my life was radically improved beyond words. He was so knowledgeable about my condition, and he was so patient with me as I vented about how miserable this condition has made my life. It was almost as if the doctor was getting his information straight from God, as he knew exactly what medication could possibly help me. I have had 4 urologists over the course of my life and several hospital visits, including experimental surgeries (this is a rare medical condition) and nothing has ever worked or helped me. I had given up on having any quality of life. But Dr. Okoye knew of a medication that could possibly work for my symptoms and it DID work! Literally a miracle! I have a new life, and I have hope again. No more pain and no more sleepless nights. He gave me my life back and I couldn't be more grateful. I will never forget Dr. Okoye and what he did for me! This doctor has such a wealth of knowledge and is empathetic and spends time listening to the patient, never had a doctor so caring. THANK YOU ST. JUDE and DR.OKOYE!
