Sprouts Farmers Market

Very clean and organized. It's a little pricey but the quality of the goods makes up for it. A lot of organic goods. I do wish they had their loose tea leafs like every other Sprouts Market instead of tea bags. The staff were kind and welcoming.

I go to sprouts because they carry low sodium foods and the supplements I take. I however had heart and kidney issues and not working so I got the EBT food card. I went there on 2/19/26 after 8pm and I found what I needed thank God! However the mature women who helped at check out said my card would not work I knew I had at least $100 or more and she stated my card had no money. Her demeanor changed so quickly when she saw I was using my EBT card! She got rude with me I was patient and nice and stated I know I have money on there but she was nasty and rude and said no you don't! I left with grace! Called my case worker and she stated I do have money on there and it looks like it did go through but than they canceled it and it went back to my card! Does Sprouts not like people who are assistance or was the employee just rude! She has helped me before before I got ill and she was nice but I feel she does not like people with assistance oh well won't be going back to Sprouts!

Sprouts is a breath of fresh air in the grocery store scene! It's a relaxed atmosphere where you can browse a fantastic selection of protein options – from chicken and fish to pork and beef. Plus, the veggies are always incredibly fresh, and they have a huge variety of cheeses and supplements. Basically, Sprouts is a one-stop shop for all your grocery needs! These guys have been slacking on the deli stuff lately. I take lunch at 11, usually there by 11:15. Used to always come in and grab a chicken protein box and the little chicken salad and pretzel crackers snacker, now they never have anything ready by the time I get there. Get it together ya'll, I'm sick of driving down there and having to end up getting taco bell anyway 😒

Their prices have really skyrocketed lately for the past several months. My best guess is they’re under new management/ownership and ever since then the prices have gone way up and the variety of produce is limited. They completely took out the regular produce and left only organic and also no more plastic bags. There’s people out here that don’t always shop organic and still use plastic bags like I do lol so I personally don’t like the change. I used to be a regular but it hasn’t been my cup of my tea for a while now. I have shifted all of my shopping to Trader Joe’s where the prices are still very reasonable and I can find pretty much all I need. Sprouts fix your prices and I’ll be happy to come back and do my usual shopping like how I used to 🫤

Nice clean store. Great produce. Their fish is really good too. Always good finds when we go into sprouts. They even have some beautiful little bouquets.

It's better than a Regular chain restaurant with healthy options, organic and such.. but produce is lacking breadth. No comparison to Whole Foods or even Natural Grocer's, but it's really the only central convenient store of better than average options in Modesto. They need to service there customers better or customers need to also shop at Trader Joe's and Costco, fill in at the Farmers market.
