I can only speak to the overall customer service, but the phone support I received when inquiring about their procedures and experience was fantastic. They answered my questions and I had a sense of their expertise. This is especially important when respecting patient's time and not defaulting to making an appointment before even knowing if the office is right for you. Unfortunately, I will seek scar treatment elsewhere, but I'll certainly consider pigmentation and aging issues here.

I have been going to SkinRenew for several years and they are wonderful. The entire office staff is friendly and Dr. Kwon is amazing. They are very transparent and answer all my questions. I get Botox regularly and I have had lip filler twice. I went back once to add a little filler to one side of my lip and Dr. Kwon was very patient and made sure I was happy with the results. I think it looks great and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Skin Renew has an amazing staff. They are all great, friendly and great customer service. The staff is very knowledgeable. Dr. Kwon is nice, kind, honest and professional. She gives you her point of view and advise. Her whole staff is amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Kwon-Hong is the best provider of Botox and fillers I have ever used, and I've used many over the years. She and her staff are caring, friendly and very competent. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
