Spencer Center For Dermatology

I was referred to Dr Spencer for basil cell carcinoma MOHS procedure. I called for a appointment and asked if they took my insurance and they stated yes 2 weeks prior to my scheduled appt. On the day of the procedure in the office I was notified that the actually didn’t take my insurance and that the other office had made a mistake. So anxious to have it removed I had to pay $1664.00, no discount for mistakes? Maybe when Doctors office’s call to confirm your appointment we as consumers need to confirm DId you confirm my insurance?

My first experience with a dermatologist office was a great one thanks to Christina Baden and all the staff at ADCS. I had a sebaceous cyst removed. I was in and out of the office within an hour! (I did call ahead and scheduled the appointment). Received excellent service and advice and am a very happy patient. Thank you ADCS!

I had a procedure done there. NO covid 19 procedures are followed. I asked and was told . " We follow corp. rules not CDC." Beware
