We stopped by here after a tour of Brown University. Spectrum-India is what it is. A perfectly curated tune up for the soul. The therapy starts the moment you walk into the door. The smell of the incense, the sound of the wind chimes & music, the calm welcoming voice of the attendant. This is not a store, it’s an experience. A must see. I have been loving this place for years, however the staff I experienced recently was terrible. The cashier was rude and miserable with all the customers she interacted with while I was there. As someone who works in the service industry and has had nothing but friendly experiences coming here I was shocked. When asking questions she gave one word or short answers with a poor attitude. It felt like she didn’t want to be there, and I quickly left after speaking with her because it was uncomfortable. I will still be coming back as it’s my favorite place for crystals and jewelry, but hoping the staff will be more pleasant next time!

Wanted to buy a pair of plugs, price advertised was 10.99. I was told at the counter that the price is PER PLUG, meaning its was 22+tax . Who is buying a single plug idk.
