I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Nadine. I came in to return a large order well within the return window and was simply trying to do an equal exchange for different sizes. Instead of assisting me respectfully, she was dismissive and disrespectful throughout the process. She also attempted to charge me more than the original price, even though I was exchanging the exact same items in different sizes, which should not have resulted in any additional charges. She gave me a hard time when I asked to order different sizes at the same price, and her attitude made a simple exchange unnecessarily stressful. What was most frustrating was that her behavior noticeably changed when the manager came over — she suddenly became polite and acted completely differently than she had just moments before. Honestly, if negative stars were an option, I would have chosen that based on my experience with her. I later contacted the manager, Hamzat Onikoyi, and he was extremely nice, understanding, and professional. He listened to my concerns respectfully and handled the situation appropriately. I truly appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help resolve the issue. Unfortunately, my interaction with Nadine left a very negative impression. However, I want to acknowledge and thank Hamzat for his excellent customer service and for taking my concerns seriously. He is the only reason I am giving this review 5 stars.

Excellent selection of men's pants on sale at 50 percent off. And Laura, the very pretty sales and customer service representative, provided very thorough and very personable service in finding me some very comfortable and very stylish Michael Cors pants. She's the best! Promote her to upper level management!

Had a great shopping experience with Noura the Lancome manager. She was very kind and informed me of all the promotions I was eligible for, which was a delight.

The place is soooo confusing and they eliminated the plus size section. As a plus size queen it was an awful experience. The staff were rude and watched me like I was stealing never asked me if I needed help or if they could do anything but be on there phone. Very disappointed

Horribly messy store. There was no reason it Shou have been so messy with the excess of employees standing around gossiping with each other. When I went to the counter to get an employees help with placing an order they told me they couldn't do it because they were too busy.

I purchased a sofa in July 2024. When delivery day came there was some issues getting it into my second floor apartment. But finally it was resolved. After the delivery people departed. I decided to sit on my new sofa and notice a sound when I sat down (only on the right side). So the next day I went back to Macy’s and explained what the situation was. To make a long story short, the couch was not fixable, they sent a technician to look at it. I decided to keep it "As Is" and was offered a credit for a specific amount or I could have return it for a full refund.

My comment is not just for Macy's, but this is for all retail stores, they need to hire people. I hate it when I come into a store. I want to ask a question and I gotta walk the whole floor to find one person to assist me. Don't like that at all.
