Megan at Golden Hour Hair and Tan ruined my hair color and did not complete the service I paid for (with tip $390!) Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND going to her. ---------- EDIT 3/13/25 she removed the Google review I left on her business page! And has not issued a refund or corrected the mistakes. ----------- I've taken the uncommon step of requesting a refund because 1) the job she did was incomplete (I found this out later when I had to go to another stylist to FIX my hair!) and 2) my hair had FOIL LINES!! and 3) when I sent her a Pic and video of the foil lines, she replied to tell me she wasn't the right stylist for me. No apology, no making it right. I'm disgusted at this experience. No stylist worth their weight leaves foil lines or would let their (new!) client walk out like that. She obviously does not value my time or money to treat me like this. I was so kind, patient, and communicative leading up to and through the process, it is incredibly unprofessional and hurtful to be treated like this. I expect a full refund. Beware of Sola Salon because there is no salon manager to have your back if something goes wrong. The stylist I went to, Megan, has five star reviews on Google, so this tells me anyone can get away with doing a poor job without being held accountable. Unless she cares about her reputation, which most stylists do. I'll never trust a business at Sola Salon again. As a side note, the washing chair hurt my head for the following 48 hours! Poor quality all around.

I love the concept of individual suites! Each of the stylists are individual business owners renting the space. There’s a chair, sink & bar in each suite. The facility is well maintained and really clean. The major win for me here are the restrooms are really sensory friendly!! No automatic flushers, automatic faucets or noisy air hand dryers. The flushes are quiet. This is huge deal and win, especially for my son with sensory processing needs. This is literally the only business in town that we have been that has these features. This accommodation is HUGE for those with neurodifferences and sensory needs!! Thank you! Thanks a million 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I went in to Tiffany at Studio 7 in Sola Salon for a bang trim. Be warned she does not give much effort for a bang trim! She gave them a half hearted mist and then rushed through. I went to the bathroom after because she doesn’t even offer a hand mirror and had to come back immediately because they were uneven. I got home and gave them a proper wash and dry and lo and behold, they were horrifically uneven. This was supposed to be a treat from my husband for me post partum and instead it has been a mess. If I could give her zero stars, I would.

Tiffany T is awesome. I have been getting haircuts from her for years and she always knows what I want. She's super fast and charges very reasonable prices. She's also an enjoyable person to get to know.

Jenna is awesome! This is my first time at this salon, so I was a little worried going in. I showed her some pictures of what I wanted done and the final product came out better than what was on the pictures! I will definitely be coming back!

You will not meet a sweeter person than Sarah! I'm an introvert and she still made me feel so welcome and at ease within minutes of my first appointment with her. She took her time, really listened to what I wanted and absolutely checked all the boxes. Felt like I'd known her for years by the time I left, and the individual studios make it feel so much more personable. So happy to have found her, will definitely be going back!

Kylee goes above a beyond for her clients! She creates such a warm welcoming environment and is also incredibly talented! Shes amazing! She cuts my hair and my little kids hair and we love her!
