Booked my boyfriend an appointment with Keonie to finally cut off his nearly waist-length hair. We were both so nervous—especially him, since he’s had long hair his entire adult life—but Keonie did sooo amazing. She kept checking in with him the whole time to make sure he felt comfortable, really listened to what he wanted (even though he could barely explain it), and took her time with every step. And omg…the final result was INCREDIBLE!!!

Decided to give coal salon a try based off their reviews. So glad I did. I got a cut from Daisy and shes just the best! There was communication throughout the entire cut and she was so nice. The salon itself is very clean and cute. I will be coming back and I highly recommend!

First time at Coal and what a GREAT experience! My current stylist is on maternity leave so I had to go searching. I had Corissa as my stylist and she was more than what I expected. She’s so easy to talk to, honest, and most importantly listens to your needs. I showed a picture of what I would like to do to my hair and she was all about it. She sure made me feel and look beautiful before I left that chair. I’m so excited to have found a new stylist! You’re the best Corissa!

Got my hair trimmed from when I had it cut and highlighted. It looks absolutely perfect and like it did the first time! Very happy with the service. They're always so kind and attentive. Always offer drinks for anyone who is there. Cody has been the best stylist!
