Anthony gave me the best haircut for my curly hair that I have ever received in the state of Massachusetts. I will never get my hair cut anywhere else. As an added bonus he is super cool and funny!

Anthony is fantastic. Honest, efficient, and hilarious. He is amazing at layering, a true artist. Have gone here for two haircuts and will continue to go back.

Highly recommend, Joao is amazing. The type of place you can go in and they will give you great advice on the type of cut you should get. You get a stylist treatment for an excellent price. I have bounced around to nearly every place in the south end and my wife said this was by far my best cut. I’m a SMASH Boston loyalist now. Once you get a cut from a place like this hard to go back to a regular barbershop.

Anthony is bluntly honest and a visionary. He took one look and let me know that I had the wrong haircut for my face. No one had ever had any vision for my wavy curls outside of a long layered do, and I was intrigued. In the right place & time for change, I followed his creativity and let him chop it all off. I now have a funky, stylish short cut that still allows my curls to shine. It's one of the best haircuts of my life. I live in Montreal and drive to Boston for my haircuts which is incredibly annoying, however, he's worth it. Anthony is brilliant and refreshingly direct ... and if he wants to turn your hair world upside down, you'd be lucky to let him.

Anthony is the owner and stylist and is well known for his amazing color work. He's a perfectionist and works hard to make his clients happy by encouraging them to do what's best for their body, face or personality. It's not about any hair style or color, but the hair style and color that best suits the person. He's creative, immensely talented and says what he thinks. I'd highly recommend him, and you'll be sure to come away with great style and almost certainly a good laugh from his many stories.
