From start to finish, she demonstrated a deep understanding of skincare, taking the time to assess my skin’s needs and explain each step of the process. She was meticulous, ensuring that my skin received the perfect treatment, and even took before-and-after photos to track my progress. Her attention to detail was truly impressive! Beyond the facial, the atmosphere at the spa was warm and inviting, largely due to Emma, the manager. She is personable, friendly, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable—a true professional who ensures every client has a top-tier experience. Her leadership and customer service make this spa stand out. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and confident, and I can’t recommend Lily and Emma enough! If you’re looking for an expert touch and outstanding service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend! After a bad experience elsewhere, I came to SkinMD and immediately felt welcomed. The staff were warm, professional, and offered me a package that truly fit my needs. They consistently followed up after each session to check on my progress, which made me feel cared for. After just three visits, I’ve already noticed a big improvement. I had a consultation at Skin MD Framingham a little over a month ago, and it was such a great experience. Chelsea was so kind and patient, she answered all my questions (even the silly ones!) and encouraged me to ask more.
