Called and asked if they took my insurance told them the exact insurance I had They said absolutely So I booked an appointment about an hour away from my house When I got here, they said oh we don’t take that insurance and then proceeded to give me a price for the visit Well, I wouldn’t have drove an hour away if they were honest in the first place and didn’t tell me they took my insurance probably just to get me in the door to spend money

I showed up on time and still had to wait 1 HOUR for my appointment to start. The actual appointment was extremely uncomfortable. Someone came in the room during my appointment (i did not consent to them being there) and made it so much more uncomfortable. I had a terrble experience and will not be coming back.

So disappointed had full body scan no where near what I had from other practices wow lasted like 20 seconds ten she said we are done I said I have 2 problems I came in for already rushing me out wow !!! I have lot more to say but it is to much to text she sent out 3 to pharmacy she forgot to send 3rd one after repeatedly calling 5 days they sent it out this office is rated zero

Tried treating a growth on my neck across several visits, each costing roughly $200. Finally we opted to cut it off where I was billed over $500, and that still hasn't removed the growth. These bills are all after insurance as well. They are not experts and seem to just want to create repeat clients for more billings. I'd highly recommend going elsewhere.

I really liked my dermatologist, Dr. Tran. However it's next to impossible to get an appointment with her and I can only assume they overbook because no matter the time of day you will wait for a really long time. And they do seem to be on the higher end cost-wise. You won’t get out of there without hundreds of dollars out of pocket. I have finally decided to switch.

Feels like this office loves to charge exorbitant fees for trivial issues. Each appointment is barely a few minutes and are rushed, yet billed and coded to the max. Moreover, billing is some of the rudest you will come across in the industry. This place feels like a money extraction machine.

They messed up an appointment time (as according to the confirmation email and my own calendar), forgot to send me text reminders, then when I showed up the day of, told me that they we rescheduling another month out. Incredible waste of time, go to Mass General for a legitimate practice instead.
