SEPHORA inside JCPenney

Customer service is horrible. I could say a million things about spider lashes or the girls foundation was about 5 shades to light...and I didnt. The girl was so rude and kept showing me things SHE thought I should get not what I was asking for. I asked for highlighter in pink shades dont give me gold bronzer and say it fits me best. Or I ask for something more pink and tell me no that's too outgoing for you. THATS SO RUDE.

The people in there are so sweet! They have always helped me when I go in! One of the girls working there was patient enough to help me learn how to put on eyeliner. Amazing! 🙂

I was lucky enough to be helped by Marissa G. She was sweet and so so helpful! She went out of her way to match me and make sure I knew all about the foundation she was recommending. I love the UD All-nighter foundation and it is my perfect match. Thanks for helping me feel and look my best!

Don't expect any samples like you get when you go in a full size store or when you order online! The last 4 times I bought here, I've gotten a sample once. When I spent $130 I didn't even get one. I try to support local but from now on I'm doing online purchases.

Wanted to buy an Anastasia dipbrow pomade and asked the employee if she had the color chocolate. She gave it to me but she gave me the "Try Me" dipbrow. I wasn’t gonna purchase that. So I talked to the cashier and she gave attitude including the lady who gave me the Try Me dipbrow, the lady was Asian, she should be smarter than that.

Staff isn't the best by any means. Product is normally completely gone or not in store. Save yourself the trouble and order online or go to a bigger city near by, you'll be disappointed by this Sephora.

My experience was bad I went to see what was more convent for my brow since I like it looking fuller and they would try different products but they would pack it on products after product to see which was best so I didn't see they different it was way to dark and sharpie looking
