i bought expensive clippers and it worked horrible some items were missing and horrible service dont come here and couldn’t even return it gave me a number to call but dude’s answear a single call and sighs for return are hidden away.

Regular that always came for my barber products, employees assumed that I was stealing since I realized that some products were missing and I was just minding my business and they kept asking me if I stole the products that were on the shelves, "That were already empty" I casually said no, they kept asking me and I wasn’t really fazed since there was no reason to steal. But kept saying about checking cameras and kept going and continuing to watch me the whole time I was looking for stuff. Left uncomfortable and kept staring at me till I left. I understand there are people who steal and it sucks that it happens. But it slowly escalating to that certain point is disrespectful and assuming isn’t a good thing. It just rubbed me off the wrong way when I left. No bad blood of course.

Last time I went Sally's, there was a young girl who patiently guided me on everything what I needed to buy for my hair treatment. She was very attentive. Unfortunately she was not there today, and although I was the only client inside the store, the lady there seemed to be more concerned about her cellphone than assisting me. She did approach me, but told me I should watch YouTube tutorials because it was hard for her to explain things to me, and she just walked away and went back on her cellphone.

Although they were far more helpful online then in the store the store was helpful in facilitating my return or rather exchange for a different product

Dennis, is very Rude poor customer service poor employees that work for her I have been a member of Sally's many years I started coming to Merced cause I moved, but I hate and feel uncomfortable when she their. Today is Sunday hoping she wouldn't be there my luck again put up with her negativity and talks over me last two times please sale might be good but need new management.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR SALLYS CREDIT CARD!!!!! As a regular customer of Sally’s, I was super excited to hear about the Sally’s credit card that they were offering. The girl working the counter at the Merced location had stated that if I signed up for the credit card, I would receive a certain percent off my purchase for that date. Which sounded amazing to me at the time. IT WAS A DOWN RIGHT LIE. A month and half later and I received a bill in the mail for the amount that was taken off my bill. When I called customer service they tried to play dumb and act like they didn’t know what I was talking about. Not only did they charge me for what was taken off my bill, but I didn’t receive the bill till 14 days after the bill was already due. So I was also charged almost 40 dollars for a late fee. I went back and forth with Sally’s. In total Sally’s has charged me 290 dollars in supposed late fees even though the original amount was paid. The girls at the sales counter will basically tell you anything to make the sale. So word of advice…. DONT DO IT.

Amazing service!!! The girl with long hair and glasses is such a sweet heart and very knowledgeable about the products in stock. Her attitude, friendly service and great customer service skills did an A+ to my experience visiting SALLY’S. Thank you!!!
