I was there just about an hour or two hours ago 3.30 PM date: 01/15/2026. I was treated extremely rude and disrespectful by a young lady in her early 20's probably. I had asked her about an ovlive Ilia tinted foundation to help me look for it and she said we have everything out. If it's not there then we don't have it. I asked if she could check for me, please. She was standing by the register and looked extremely irritated because I asked for help. LO, can you imagine? She eventually came and kept on telling me that they don't have it without putting any effort in searching for that item. I eventually figured it out myself and smiled and said , yay! Found it! 😃 Shevwas just standing there instead of smiling back, but instead her whole demeanor was with attitude. We walked towards the register and I had to returns and was goingbto buy that item that I found. She asked me so disrespectfully if I had opened those 2 items that I wanted to return, I said , no you can see that they're still sealed. She looked super irritated and frustrated back at me and said, you could've opened it from the bottom. Wow!!! This is just so unprofessional of her for even saying such thing to a customer!!! She returned those two items without using the item that I was going to get in the same transaction process! I mean it's common sense what a sales rep needed to do in this situation!!! She needs to be trained better or another orientation. Smiling and greeting customers would've been nice too.
Horrible experience at the store today. My wife has a $400 gift certificate that she was excited to use but she no longer even wants to go into the store anymore. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They were busy talking about dating and other personal things even though several people needed help including my wife. She had several questions and not once did she get any help. We will try another store in Colorado Springs because the staff in Pueblo is terrible. We wasted about an hour and a half there and not once did they assist. Don't waste your money here. Far better places that will actually help you when needed, i.e Ulta, Dillard's, etc.
Didn’t like my experience today. Was my first time there and literally felt like I was so unwanted there. The workers whispered to each other and started their protocol as if I was gonna steal something. Asked one of them for advice on a skincare line she could recommend cause the main line I use they don’t sell there. Mind you I just went there cause I got a gift card for Christmas. Anyways she suggested a few but in a "why is she bothering me" kind of way. Regardless of that I was just uncomfortable and as a former Sephora employee from Texas that kind of behavior from an employer is not acceptable. I’m sorry I wasn’t a caked faced makeup enthusiast like they wanted. Still paid over $100 in product to prove to them I wasn’t trying to steal.
I went to this location recently. It was my first time I've stopped at this location. I was helped by Ryan. He's amazing he helped me out with mascara because I was using Better Than Sex mascara and I'd get raccoon eyes after a few hours of wearing it. He showed me his favorites and was very friendly you can tell he knows his stuff! He showed me a few different options I chose Gwen Stefani's mascara and I love it! 😍🤩
They have very low stock on products, shelves most of the time empty, out of stock on popular products. every time I go they never have what I’m looking for.
Went to pay for my item. The cashier marked my bill, nothing out of the ordinary. The mark appeared and I thought inwould get my change. She held it up to the light as if it were counterfeit even though she just checked that and it was fine. Called her manager to come over because she thought I was paying with a fake bill. At this point people are staring at me, im very embarrased. Manager comes over and says its good but I didn't get a single apology from either thr cashier or manager. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED AS A THEIF BEFORE lLL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN
Went in originally for only a new lip color, the advisor Elise (don’t know if that’s is spelt correctly) was extremely helpful, very nice, she not only got me the perfect lip shade, but also offered to color match me which I found very thoughtful! So I walked away not only with a new lip shade I loved but a foundation match that was spot on! I will be returning to see her in the future!
