Shout out to Natalie and Beth — you both were absolutely amazing! Thank you for being so patient, kind, and thorough. I went to four different Ultas this past year trying to find the correct foundation match and a good skincare/makeup routine for my daughter, and you were the first ones who truly took the time to get it right. You wrote the steps down, explained everything clearly, gave honest opinions about what would actually look best, and showed us how to properly apply each product. We really appreciated how much care and effort you put into helping us. At other Ultas, they did one quick swish and said, "Yeah, that looks good," only for us to find out later it was off by multiple shades. You two were completely different — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping customers. Thank you again for such wonderful service. Because of you, we finally feel confident about her foundation match and skincare routine! 💖

Everytime I’ve gone in this store I’ve never been ignored till today. I spent 20 minutes walking around the foundation needing help and I got walked past multiple times. I understand being understaffed but when there was 2 employees standing at the register with no one checking out and one helping 3 other people it’s hard to not feel ignored

Super happy to have a local store to go into and be ignored by the hoards of workers talking to each other. After browsing the entire store for about 30 minutes sampling the colors and spraying all the scents... I came home and ordered off of Amazon cause not one person could be bothered to help me. Awesome experience .

The Ulta store itself is fantastic and definitely 5 stars. This review is only for the salon portion. Unfortunately, I cannot remember my stylists name, but I was in there yesterday and paid $52 for the WORST haircut I’ve ever had in my life. It was so bad that when I got home my husband offered to fix a few parts in the back that were so obvious that it’s embarrassing. I didn’t request anything crazy, but this young girl destroyed my hair. Nothing is even, and in the back she stacked it VERY HIGH and didn’t blend the stacks. So now I have no choice but to let some of it grow out before I can even get it professionally fixed. I will always shop at Ulta, but I would NEVER go back for any kind of haircut. Im adding a few photos for reference. The first photo shows what I requested. The second shows what was done. Sooooo disappointed.

I love this store! I have had my hair cut and colored here before and they did an amazing job! I was very happy although it cost a lot. They always have the latest products. I love the all natural section. Also, they have a brow bar that does brow tints!! Not all of them do, so that is exciting!

First time in my life that I have walked into an Ulta store and wasn't greeted. Myself and others tried to find people to help us. Had to walk out with no sale🥺
