SEPHORA at Kohl's

This is my go to make-up spot. Every employee I have ever encountered has been friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about cosmetics and skin care products. I'll always try to come here before going to Ulta where you have to chase down a staff member for help.

Gibbie and Ali are amazing. Every time I come into this location they are so nice and helpful. They always provide great customer service and knowledge about every product i ask about. Love them so much thank you for always being kind!

I had visited this store while I was visiting my friend in Arizona early January. Sofia and Gibby were incredibly helpful in selecting the perfect foundation and concealer shade for my skin type and tone. They were also very patient and attentive throughout the process.

My experience here wasn’t great. The two ladies working didn’t care to help and honestly were super rude. They had absolutely no one else in the store and did not even acknowledge our presence. Asked them questions and they acted like they had so much other stuff they needed to do while standing behind the counter chatting. Super disappointed because this is not the interaction I usually get at any Sephoras prior.

The ladies here are super nice, but work associate put on the tester product lip gloss on lips without asking used the test product applicator directly on my lips then put it back into the tester product.. this just seems very unsanitary and I felt gross afterwards.

I love the ladies that I’ve interacted with at this Sephora. Every single one of them had a welcoming and positive attitude. They’re all happy to help and give suggestions on products they love. My interaction with them have all been so genuine. I appreciate all their help!
