This location really sucks with their customers and customer service. Everytime I go there they are rude, do not want to help, and god forbid I do ask for help they just point and leave me to find it myself in the cluttered store. I ordered my nars creamy radiant concealer ($34), and it came out to $36.65. With a free gift. They refused to give me the free gift because I was a dollar off from $35, but nowhere on the ad does it say free gift for $35 spent before taxes. The man Shawn was rude, argumentative, lack luster in empathy. If there was no free gifts left, inform your customer that, don’t argue with your customer in front of other customers and act like you don’t care. Then when we called the store to complain about the experience nobody knew the employee we were describing not even the manager. After getting transferred to Carrie (the store manager) we reiterated the complaint just to be cut off in the middle of the complaint to ask for our name to look up our account. Like no ma’am, you need to listen to the problem we are having with your store. Bottom line the customer service here sucks and have never been to an Ulta that was this bad before. I’d rather drive to Gilbert or Queen creek where they seem like they care about their jobs and customers.

Thank you Nicole ❤️ for reinstalling my extentions that had washed out oddly...🤔 Must have been the mistake to trust the package of "extra heavy double sided extension tape" from a hair store ..instead of Ulta's signature tape I've had hold up to 4 months during COVID!!! Typical hold is 2 months so when I lost one clump 1st wash and about 7 clumps 2 wash...I came right to Nicole at this Chandler Ulta store. Thank you!🤗.

Ever was absolutely amazing and she slayed my brows! I was seeing someone else before for my brows but I’m glad that she now works at this location and I will definitely come back to get my brows done with her and she’s deffo my new go-to brow girl 🥹 Had the best experience with her, she’s so smart and very detail oriented! I trusted her with my brows the minute I met her. Thank you, Ever!!! 🫶🏻

I didn’t receive a QR code on my receipt to leave a review so I’m doing it here :). Nu was absolutely lovely. I came in to help my mom find some stuff to up her makeup game and Nu was so helpful and sweet. She explained everything she was using and how to use it. She did it in a way that was easy to comprehend and easy to recreate. I love this store and have been shopping here for a long time. Thank you so much for your help Nu!! 🙂

I am extremely disappointed with the management and customer service at this Ulta salon. I visited on November 29 for a hair service and specifically requested Hollywood waves, but received a completely different result. I immediately expressed my dissatisfaction, and the stylist admitted she could not achieve the requested look. When this was brought to the manager’s attention, my concerns were dismissed, and I was told there was nothing that could be done to fix the issue. It is unacceptable that a stylist would take on a service she knew she could not perform and for a manager to dismiss a clients complaint. I attempted to escalate this matter to corporate and a manager of this location by phone, but was repeatedly placed on hold and ultimately hung up on. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

Every time I have been to this store the employees are rude. It is Christmas Eve and I am driving to a different Ulta because my attempts to get help with the Dior line were met with derision, contempt, blank stares, and ridiculousness. Do you have any more sequin lipstick in stock? I have no idea. I will never know. This location is right next to my house and makes me hate Ulta.

The store was messy, makeup thrown everywhere and lot of stuff out of stock. The people who work here will not even attempt to help, they see you walking the look down and hurry past you. The Tempe market location is way nicer, cleaner, and easier to walk through.
