Bowie was absolutely amazing at Sephora! They were so helpful, genuinely positive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. Bowie gave thoughtful recommendations and described each option so clearly that it made choosing exactly what I needed easy and fun. You can tell they really know their stuff and care about helping people feel confident. Such a great experience—thank you, Bowie!

🎉J A S M I N E 🎉 was wonderful yesterday at Sephora. She approached me with the most friendly Hello! Then spent a considerable amount of time helping me find the perfect shades of Fenty products. She scanned my face and applied different products, explaining the ingredients (she is extremely knowledgeable), all the while being informative, helpful and friendly. She asked questions to understand my preferences and then exceeded my expectations. I purchased her suggestions and am more than pleased with my experience in Sephora Fashion Place. The gals at this location are all so personable and willing to assist in any way they can. This location is beautifully organized and spotlessly clean. Shopping here is such a lovely experience. I could not recommend more if I tried!! 💕

I needed to refresh my makeup as I’ve been using the same product for several years and the formula wasn’t working for me any more. I’ve also had issues with cystic acne on my chin (yay perimenopause). I was planning on spending some money, because of what I needed. Brittany was exactly who I needed to help me! We first did a a face scan (I can’t remember what it was called) to measure my skin tone and to see if my fine lines were more surface level or deeper. She also confirmed that I do have dry skin :). We then went over my beauty regimen to and we discovered that things I thought were helping to address my dry skin was actually aggravating it. She listened to what I was hoping to address and recommended a spectrum of different products that suited my needs. I walked away with a new toner and serum to help with the acne as well as better protect the skin barrier; a new foundation that worked better for my skin; and a new blush. 10/10 would recommend and I will be seeking Brittany out the next time I need new makeup.

Terrible consultants at this Sephora!!! I asked them how long the birthday gift was valid, and they told me that I could pick it up within a year. When I came to pick it up three weeks after my birthday, they told me that my gift box was no longer valid and that I could not pick it up, even though they had placed it on the table for me to choose from. I believe that the policy and service of Sephora should be customer-friendly and do everything possible to make us want to come back, because when we buy a product, we want to have a pleasant experience. They hire unqualified staff….

I just wanted to give a shout out to Cassie (🙏🙌🤩 thank you!) who did my 90 minute full makeup session. It was everything this 40yo makeup baby novice needed...best practices, everyday look, evening look, color expertise. Her color selections were right on. She's an artist.

I didn’t receive a survey so I wanted to mention how amazinggggg and helpful Haven was. I had some difficulty with an exchange and she was an absolute sweetheart and helped me out the whole time:)❤️ everyone at this location is always super kind even though it’s super busy.

I had a great time shopping here this past Saturday because of Suzanne!! She was so friendly, honest, and helpful. I felt at ease the whole time she was helping me. I am very satisfied with my experience. Thank you, Suzanne!
