I loved all of the makeup my boyfriend bought that I picked out. And the manager helped us resolve an issue with my account to ensure that my points will accrue accurately and not attach to someone else's account.

I got the Salt and Stone deodorant Neuoli and Basil. I love it! The scent is so clean and fresh smelling. The girls in the store were so helpful so I was in and out quickly and quite satisfied. Thanks for the experience. I will definitely be back.

Melissa was absolutely amazing!! I came in knowing basically nothing about makeup, and she helped me through finding my shades and giving me tips and tricks for applying. I told her I wasnt looking for anything with crazy coverage, since I'm starting out easy while I learn makeup. She took that little bit of info and did an outstanding job at helping guide me through concealer, foundation, and contour! I highly recommend asking for her if you have any questions, she was very kind, patient, and personable. I was very nervous going in, but I walked out with more confidence than I would've thought!

Juules was AMAZING!!!! I went in today to pick up some stocking stuffers. I had a budget and a list. Juules walked through the store with me and picked out everything that was on my list and scanned each item as we went along to make sure we stayed under budget! I feel she went above and beyond and I'm grateful that she did. She didnt just point and tell me to find it on my own. I 100% appreciated the help and am thankful that there is still fantastic customer service out there in the world. THANK YOU JUULES!!

I had an amazing experience with Eden at Sephora! She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with my makeup needs. From personalized product recommendations to going her way out to help pick them up every time I preferred having options, she went above and beyond to ensure I left feeling confident and beautiful. I have never used makeup my entire life and she understood what I needed and was so calm and helpful whenever I had questions and seemed doubtful about what I needed. I am so happy. It was my first time shopping at Sephora and I must say the team you have here is extraordinarily helpful.

Is there a reason management is always grumpy and rude?? General/Regional managers should really look into current management. They make the environment an uncomfortable one. Karl, however was AMAZING!! He deserves a raise! Management should take some lessons in courtesy from him!

Kati (Katlyn?) is amazing. My daughter and I needed some good advice on Makeup and she was so attentive and great knowledge about the products. We ended up finding what we were looking for. She is the best.
