Very nice crew, everyone expert in their job. They understand what customers want and how to satisfy customers expectations.

I decided to give this place another try. The lady was nice no doubt about it. I just think she didn’t understand what I wanted. I showed her a picture and wanted a face framing trim with my bangs a bit shorter I ended up getting layers. I ended up losing length and fullness. I’m not trying to be harsh but my hair looks uneven, and I feel bad for faking that I was happy with it. It’s going to grow back eventually. Im just troubled with If you don’t understand what the customer wants , It doesn’t hurt to turn them away..

About a year ago I went to get a trim. This older lady took me in and started cutting my hair then all of a sudden she accidentally snips her finger and starts to bleed..she then proceeded to grab a piece of toilet paper wrapped it around her finger and continued to cut my hair I can see the blood going through the piece of paper. I asked her are you going to continue to cut my hair that way? She says yes I'm fine. I just sat there uncomfortable knowing her blood was probably going all over my hair. I will never go back. That literally traumatized me... I haven't gotten a haircut since then....I highly suggest you look elsewhere...that day I washed my hair 3 times.

AVOID for mens haircut. Worst haircut and beard trim I've had in my entire life. Came here 5 times and the owner kept trying yo convince me to go with her rookie barber which I refused so she just kept messing up my haircut worse every time hoping I'd bend to her will. Forget you and your trash haircuts... and trying to manipulate client behavior with shady practices lost you one of your best customers

They’re great with haircuts, nails, waxing, and everything else aside from makeup. Their makeup is meant for folks with lighter skin and as a Latinx owned place in a prominently POC area of Colorado, I am disappointed they don’t have a wider range of color in their foundation/base makeup. However, customer service and haircuts are great. If you’re not sure about the skill of the person cutting your hair and want to ensure a great cut, I say from personal experience to go with the owner herself - Santa - she’s awesome (at least for ladies’ cuts).

Nancy was super sweet and very nice She was very good and has a lot of integrity in her haircuts and hairdressing. Her attention to detail is far beyond my OCD expectations.

They completely ruined my hair. I asked for a bob and they left it shorter on one side and completely effed up. The lady who was cutting my hair was just en el chisme with the others and cut more than I asked and left my hair completely lopsided. She said that's how I had asked for it. Tf? No, she didnt even take responsibility for what she did. No one asks to look like a patient in an asylum. Good thing it grows. Until then, I stayed indoors until it kinda grew then went to another place just to fix what this place did. And might I add their conversation is sickening. They probably thought I didn't speak Spanish, and therefore couldn't understand. But I did. Horrible work, horrible customer service. But never again...
