I’m not sure what’s up with this Sephora but the employees here are so rude for no reason every time I come here. I don’t even write negative reviews but real mean girl energy. Eye rolling and everything over simple questions. Maybe it’s management creating this environment I’m not sure but I don’t have this experience at other Sephora’s. I think it’s best to stick to other locations.

I had a wonderful experience getting a full-glam makeover with Carolyn for my wedding! Carolyn had no idea she was doing a bride’s makeup until I sat in her chair. She didn’t panic — she just smiled and got to work. She created a full-coverage look that felt lightweight and looked flawless in photos. She was kind, funny, and extremely talented.

Great attentive staff. Had my make up done and noticed they were hosting a birthday party. Didn’t know they offered this service. Great idea!! It looked super cute.

Bayside Sephora employees are incredibly helpful. Last week an employee went above and beyond to help me find a product I was seeking. In the end, she helped me make a quick online purchase that was delivered to my doorstep. I’ll be heading back there soon.

I came in to return a fragrance I got by mistake for not reading the label correctly. Since the second I asked for help Valerie did absolutely everything she could to help me find everything I needed. I thought maybe cause it wasn’t a big purchase she wouldn’t put much mind into my purchase how it has happened in other times but Valerie did absolutely EVERYTHING. Her knowledge and kindness truly made my day. Thank you for being so kind and caring!
