Jay is the Best! Always with a smile and ready to help, if he doesn't have it, (which he usually always does) , but if he can get it, he'll order it for you. And the staff is so polite. I've been going there since it opened, and I know Jay longer than that. He has made a nice name for himself, and I wish him many more years of success!

I LOVE THIS STORE. The quality products they have in stock are beyond impressive as they carry nothing but the best. Secondly, the entire staff has always been so eager to help me find the right products, as well as ensuring that I am completey satisfied with finding everything that I need. They are professional, and very patient, as I tend to be very particular with picking out hair care products and can take more time shopping than the average person. The owner is incredible in the sense that he is knowledgeable about every single item within that store. If there was ever a product that they didn't have in stock that I would inquire about, he always offered to have it specially ordered. I believe that businesses thrive when you have exemplary business owners like Jay, because he exudes authentic care and kindess to all of his customers.

I went to this beauty supply store today. The sales associate was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable about their products and the prices are great. Definitely worth the visit.

I was in a rush to buy hair extensions for my fathers funeral so I bought two packs (totaling around $400) I tried it on and the quality was definitely not what I paid for. Very thin even with 13 pieces. Didn’t even end up fully wearing them once. Decided to store them away in packaging. I was dealing with a lot during this time (between end of April to middle of may) so I settled in for around 2-3 weeks before going in to try and return them. I start seeing the threads falling out; colored strands appearing in the hair extensions. I go and try to return them, and the girl calls up her boss and says they can’t give me any type of refund. Went in the next day to pick the hair extensions back up and talk with the owner. He was saying that it was impossible because the hair extensions were worn and that they can’t even resell them. When I try explaining that they were barely even worn once and the issue with the threads, he goes on and says "that can happen because of the wear", again blaming it on me. His employee even steps in and tries to give "advice" by telling me to search up YouTube videos on how to sew it back in. "These are really good hair extensions" "You can definitely still wear them". Very manipulative. Considering I never even worn them for a full day, if there is an issue with YOUR product, it is your responsibility as an owner to take accountability for it. I bought the hair extensions specifically for my fathers funeral and couldn’t even wear them. To compromise, I even asked if it would then be possible for me to get a refund for the Groupon, he started getting annoyed WITH ME. Saying things like "I’ve been wanting to quit Groupon for a while but they won’t let me". And to top it all off, when he couldn’t put on of the sets back in the packaging case, he put the extensions in a PLASTIC BAG and gave it back to me. Overall extremely unprofessional and quite disgusting behavior.

Absolutely Amazing! I had a horror story and ended up with brassy orange hair. Went to this beauty supply and the owner guided me and took the time to teach me what I had to do to tone down my hair. I wanted to dye my hair brown so I can cover it up and explained to me that there is a process to do so. He even told me I could come back the next day so he can help me with the process. I am so happy I came! Five stars all around.

Love this place, the owner is really nice and always so helpful!!! would recommend anyone that is looking for hair products / new nail polish. I bought a new hair straightener from here and i couldn't be happier with the one that the owner recommended for my hair.

The ladies were really nice to us. The prices were not as competitive as they could be but who can blame them in this economy. I was in s rush so I didn’t get a chance to buy anything. I’ll go back for sure.
