Nora was extremely racist make comments about "oh you mean black Jamaican" and it was very unprofessional there are white Jamaicans and continuing to ask which parent is black. Further more she didn’t even clean up after left wax residue and powder everywhere. And this is the first place I’ve ever been to that a Brazilian doesn’t include the butt strip. When I called previously to confirm. The person working the front desk the desk and floor was a mess there was things all over the place and she’s was speaking loudly gossiping with someone on the phone . She was unprofessional and unfriendly and gave attitude to the person ahead of me who was also trying to confirm price of service who experienced the same issue the price over the phone is not the price in person

Dalila is my go to when I come here. She’s very professional, and leave me feeling like a million bucks every time. Gentle and efficient.

I’ve been coming here for many years. I love the professionalism, cleanliness and of course my technician Nubia. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If she’s not available my second choice will be Nora. You can’t go wrong with anyone. Everybody is amazing!

Been going here for over 10 years now and have been faithful to my aesthetician, Nora. She’s is essentially the ONLY person I trust with a wax. She’s efficient, very attentive, and makes my bikini wax experience almost pain-free! I’ve always recommended Senses for all facial/wax necessities, especially with Nora.

Esperanza is truly excellent with waxing. She is engaging, friendly, gives guidance and just great all around. She makes you feel comfortable. However, my front desk experience wasn't pleasant. There was confusion about their system as they showed an old Groupon from 2022 on my acct. I was trying to use a new one that expires in 2024. I had to wait a while as she called the owner. At the end, I think everything is OK (we will see of my next appts are covered by my Groupon). However, the front desk person very firmly said, "don't buy anymore groupons." She said the owner told her to tell me. I said, is that a requirement just for me? She said no, then she went to clarify that groupons can only be bought 1x a year. I knew this already because this is on the Groupon site and I haven't bought more than 1x a year anyway- so what was the purpose of all that strong energy towards me? I could see myself as a regular customer if Esperanza stays and if they treat customers just as well in the front. Im hoping things go smoothly during my next visits.

*BEWARE OF WHO IS WAXING YOU HERE* I need to start off by saying I have been getting waxed for years, and have absolutely loved Nubia, by far THE BEST WAXER ever, especially in this location. I never ever have a bad experience with her. She is also always booked out which should say enough. Esperanza is also a good waxer at this location too. Now Alejandra????? Oh my God. Awful. ZERO compassion. Extremely rough. She waxes you as if she hates you. No count downs, no mentions of breathing in/out, no compression on your skin after pulling the wax- just applies and pulls HARD. If it’s your first ever wax please for the sake of your pain tolerance down there- choose someone else (and again, this is coming from someone who gets waxed regularly… I have never ever hurt this bad from a wax before). I left here swollen, bleeding, extremely irritated and sensitive. My breaking point whilst doing my wax was her using tweezers on my labia instead of applying wax. She did my armpits, and the first application of wax for my brazilian was on my labia…. i have neverrrrrrrrrrr everrrrrrrr had anyone do that on first application. I had to stop before being done with my services because I was actually going to start crying. A friend of mine is also a regular here and has had the same experience with her before. If it were my first time getting waxed and it was with her I would probably never get a wax again. Aside from that, the office and rooms are very clean, the staff is great, attentive and nice. My true review would be 5/5 stars with me only staying with Nubia, but after my experience today I need to put 1.
