What a professional, friendly, fresh-of-breath-air location and staff. Starting with Jeannie and her welcoming! Ah, amazing receptionist and she even gave me a nice tour! Aylene was my tech and she was so professional, sweet and patient with me. I am so happy to have purchased packages with them because I feel like they are so kind and truly do work with you. Love my LaserAway peeps and treatment! 10/10 recommend!

Laura was so fantastic! From my first visit, which the lady was not very friendly or informative..Laura was the exact opposite and mentioned very helpful tips and information about the procedure and what to expect before and after. She even left me some hydrocortisone cream and sunblock packets for use after my treatment, which I didn’t get with my first visit. Hopefully for my next visit the operating person has the same welcoming and friendly vibe! Thanks Laura!!

I was able to obtain extra sessions at a great price for their Black Friday promotions! Sherry, the tattoo removal specialist, was just as incredible. She made each step of the treatment great, made sure I knew what to expect, and checked in with me the entire time. She’s gentle, knowledgeable, and you can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. The session was quick, smooth, and so much easier because of her skill and kindness. I was always a wax girl but it just wasn’t giving. Coarse hair girlies know the struggle in general and it was time for something more rigorous if you will 🥴. My husband set up a consultation with LaserAway and I did my onboarding with Angela over the phone and via text. She was very knowledgeable and diligent with follow up etc. She answered all of my questions and is super cool! My first laser appointment was on November 11th, 2025 at the Pembroke Pines location. The lobby is clean, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is very warm and welcoming. I didn’t have to wait super long and when I was finally lead to the back room, I found that everything was neat and orderly. Odalys was my technician and completed my Brazilian. It was quick and virtually painless. She was thorough and knowledgeable as well. I was blown away by the ease of it all. Jessica and Ashley at the front desk checked me in and out and were super friendly and helpful. Unlike my waxes, I actually look forward to my laser treatments and the service has been consistent 3 appointments in! Highly recommend.

Love this place. Super convenient, super clean, the staff are all sweet and friendly. The clinicians are thorough and talk you through everything, plus you get follow up emails in case you forget. I started with laser hair removal and have escalated to bright and brilliant and botox. Very happy with the results
