Scottsdale Family Dental

I’ve been a long time patient with Scottsdale Family Dental for many years. It’s no hidden secret going to the dentist is one of my phobias. I guess primarily due to the fact my gums are receding and they’re hyper sensitive when they get cleaned, which is why I took Doctor Christopher Yoons advice, and I go three times a year for a professional cleaning. There was a time I didn’t have quality insurance, and I really liked the fact that they were giving me out-of-pocket cash discounts which significantly helped. Currently my health insurance plan through my employer is one of their many insurances plans that they recognize. I also have no problem paying for the third cleaning out-of-pocket since the insurance only covers two visits per calendar year. The staff they are outstanding. They all know me by name and they know how to calm me down, which is good. Just wanted to say thank you for all of your outstanding Customer Service and being somebody who I could trust, especially in a not relaxing situation.

I had my first visit today and was extremely pleased! Pam did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and Dr Yoon was very thorough in reviewing my X-rays. The entire staff were super friendly.

Family member had a dental emergency and we were able to book online and get in and get it resolved in the same visit! Dr. Yoon is excellent and knows what he's doing. You can get a crown same day also with a new machine. He's also very caring and made sure to update me as I waited. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Always a wonderful experience coming to see this awesome dental team. I know, it may be weird to say it’s "wonderful" going to the dentist. But it’s for real. Whether a routine cleaning or getting a crown done, or any other work, the entire experience here with Dr Yoon and his incredible staff is an A+ in every way. You’ll notice as soon as you walk in everyone is smiling, upbeat, and happy. Authentically happy. That alone makes it special. Then Dr Yoon is not only at the top of his game, and a phenomenal dentist, he also has a caring and fun side that makes every patient feel at ease and in very capable hands. Dr Yoon exudes trust and extreme competency. I recommend the team here with gusto and delight.

The front desk staff Katie who has the most beautiful smile is super nice and helpful! I just had deep cleans with Maddie, and she is very friendly, skilled, and quick. Very happy so far!
