Dr Chang is amazing, very knowledgeable. He gives me simple yet valuable instructions on how to properly take care of my little son's teeth. The only drawback is he did give me some parenting advice during my first visit, and that took quite some time (which I didn't ask for). Quite off topic and steered away from his scope of practice professionally. I appreciated it though. He can be a great guys to share things with, not for me though. 100% for the quality of service but if you're like me just want in and out, no gossip, he's not for you.

Our family has been going to Dr. Chang for 30 years. He is very gentle and doesn't try to push extra procedures you don't need. He is very affordable if you're paying cash. As great as he is, his staff is even better. They treat us like family and always give the very best service. We have moved away from Santa Ana but still make the trip to Dr. Chang's, highly recommend him.

The male nurse is bad here using cold steel like one pushed my tongue. Behavior bad too blocking a way no courtesy unnecessary touching body too Fortunately. A young lady Asian doctor is exceptional good

On behalf of my mother who is a patient of Dr. Crispin Chang for over a decade. Last visit was to have an extraction of my tooth. I’ve always had a phobia with needles and extremely afraid of going to the dentist. Dr. Chang took the time to make the procedure went very smoothly. I have high blood pressure and he had my blood level monitored while extracting the tooth. There was no pain or problem, in fact I didn’t feel the extraction at all. It was a very pleasant experience. My family has been going to Dr. Chang for over 10 years. Dr. Chang is an excellent dentist. He’s very experienced and ethical. His wealth of knowledge and professionalism has always made his patients feel calm, comfortable, and confident. And he also has a pleasant and friendly staff team.

Dr. Chang has been my family dentist for over 20+ years. He is always caring and professional to us as patients. We love the state of the art equipments in his office which provide the most accurate info. We are always pleased w/ the dental work that he provided especially my husband's implant!. I have referred him to many other people and all very satisfied w/ his professional work.
