Being here at the OC Dental has been a great experience. They have been so helpful throughout the whole experience getting braces. The ortho department has been very helpful in explaining the importance of keeping your routine going in keeping a healthy smile. They have allowed me to gain the confidence in smiling again. I’ve been a patient at this office for more than 10 years and have always had an amazing experience, from routine cleanings to wisdom teeth removal and braces. I’m now a dental student, and the team has been incredibly supportive, especially when it comes to helping me with the paperwork I need for school. Everyone is so kind, professional, and accommodating, and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! Highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at OC Dental Center. I paid a large amount upfront for dental treatment based on specific representations about procedures and materials. After treatment, I experienced unresolved functional issues and requested documentation. I later obtained independent evaluations that raised serious concerns about whether the procedures billed were actually performed and whether the materials described were used. I also received inconsistent records when I asked for clarification. After multiple attempts to resolve this directly, including requesting a refund, the matter remained unresolved, and I have since filed formal complaints with the appropriate regulatory agencies. I strongly recommend that patients ask detailed questions, get everything in writing, and seek second opinions.

My appointment was awesome. The customer service is awesome and very people friendly. The work the dentist does is great. I always come out with a smile!

The braces process has been tremendous! Everything is moving quicker than expected thanks to the expertise of the ortho department. I can’t wait to get them removed! I recommend this office for everyone!
