Salon De Cinzia

I cannot recommend Salon De Cinza enough. I’ve been coming here for years and Samnang always does my hair perfectly. She’s done haircuts, fancy updos, and beautiful bleach balayage that has been a healthy way to get my hair to the very light blonde shade that I wanted. I always feel taken care of and coming here is like a spa day for me. I’m always excited to have an appointment because I consistently love the result. Prices are very fair for the service and the salon is clean and organized. Hairdressers take their time with clients and I’ve had lots of fun conversations with Samnang. Samnang really knows what she is doing with hair. If she doesn’t think something will be good for the health or management of your hair, she won’t do it. It’s not her being "mean" it is a sign that she cares about her clients. Sure another salon might dye or cut your hair no questions asked, but that other salon might be taking your money and leaving your hair totally damaged or unmanageable. I would trust Samnang to choose the style of and do my wedding hair if that provides any indication to how good she is with hair. All in all, I recommend. Don’t pass up on Salon De Cinza!

I had such a wonderful experience at Salon De Cinzia. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and stylish. The staff are true professionals, friendly, attentive, and incredibly skilled. They really take the time to listen to what you want and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. My stylist, Samnang, was amazing. She not only gave me exactly the cut and style I was hoping for but also offered great advice on how to keep my hair looking its best at home. The products they use are high quality, and I left with my hair feeling so healthy, shiny, and refreshed. What I loved most was the attention to detail and the personal touch. You can tell that everyone here takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their clients. I would absolutely recommend Salon De Cinzia to anyone looking for a salon that combines talent, professionalism, and a welcoming atmosphere.

There are so many reasons I have sent friends to Salon De Cinzia. I have been going to Samnang, its owner, for years. Samnang and her fellow hairstylists always send their clients out looking great. They are courteous, the shop is always clean and appealing, and there is a very good vibe--relaxed, positive, kind, warm. My friends are equally happy. The best news? My husband even goes and he has been a SuperCuts character for decades. He made the move, and he is happy he did. Now that's a wow!

This salon is fantastic and I would recommend to anyone looking for a warm atmosphere with professional services. I have thick hair and Samnang does an incredible job keeping it perfectly blonde with the best highlights I have ever gotten. I have seen Samnang for years, but all of the stylists are wonderful and so kind. They even did the hair for everyone in my wedding party and everyone was so impressed. Customer service is a top priority and everyone is always checking to make sure you are comfortable, makes sure to ask exactly what you want, and checks at the end of the appointment to make sure you are happy with the service you requested. The salon is always clean, comfortable, and they always offer a drink while you are waiting which is a great touch! Highly recommend coming here!

Marissa was awesome. She remembered my exact color I needed and this was only our 2nd time for this service. She took care of me from start to finish (color, wash, blow dry). I would highly recommend her! Salon over experience 10/10

I went in person to ask how much a one-color dye job would be and the woman at the register said $100 or $150, depending if the stylist needs to "lift" the current (blonde) color before dying it darker. Lauren was nice, but there was no 'lifting' (and still charged $150) and weeks later, my hair is that brassy/orange color. Ugh. The mother/daughter team seem only interested in getting people in/out as fast as possible! There's no ambiance, the interior is run down (think cheap furniture, run-down bathroom & ratty old towels!). It just looks & feels cheap! I went to pick up a magazine (while I waited) and a big clump of hair was on it and fell onto me, so gross! A few of the stylists were dressed in shorts & t-shirts & sneakers like they just came from the gym, which is fine, but nothing I've ever seen or expected to see at a salon. They also seem inexperienced and right out of beauty school. Dont expect any highly experienced or stellar stylists here. The 'mother' owner just stares at you blank-faced and is NOT even the least bit friendly. She makes ZERO effort to be welcoming! Terrible service. All things combined, I will not be returning. If you are looking for a nice day at the salon, this is not the place!

I've been a regular customer for many years and it is always a pleasure coming to Salon De Cinzia. A great place for some 'me time' to get looked after by their very talented and friendly stylists in a relaxed, bright, and very clean space. After Samnang saved me from the disastrous outcome of another salon's work, I've never looked back! I will not hesitate to recommend this salon to dear friends.
