Meleah is amazing!! So talented, kind, and professional. I look forward to regular cut, color, and deep conditioning appointment every 2-3 months. They also have an excellent line of hair products. My hair has never before been so soft and shiny!! And a great choice for bridal hair too!!

I never got to the point of actually making an appointment. I had called on a Tuesday around 12 pm and no one had answered. On their page it said if no one had answered then they were more than likely busy, which is completely understandable, and it said to leave a message via text or voicemail. I had messaged them through text wondering if they had an opening on a Saturday two weeks from now. I received a message a few minutes later asking if there was a particular stylist to which I responded no, and then just said the cut and style I’d like not caring who the stylists was going to be. I received no response and thought nothing of it thinking that maybe they got busy or didn’t see the message. Wednesday comes around and I still haven’t received a message back so I asked again just wondering if there were any opening so which, now Thursday, I have no response. While I completely understand that stylists get busy and maybe there were no openings for that Saturday, I would’ve still appreciated a response considering I’m trying to get my hair done for prom.

Please why can I not give six stars. I love this hair salon. Danielle was a dream and made wonderful things happy with my daughter's hair. Remy the salon dog was a bonus, the best receptionist I've ever met paw paws down. Another perspective that I was afforded, waiting for my daughter's hair to get done I was able to see how the other stylists interacted with their clients and I was impressed. We definitely will be back again and again

Carley is absolutely amazing. She has cut my very thick hair when it's been short and now that it's shoulder length. She has also done an excellent job with color. I have never left unsatisfied. Justin who I believe is the Salon Manager is friendly and professional. He really helps set a positive tone for the salon.

Meleah is an excellent stylist and colorist. Among the very best in Richmond. A great personality doesn’t hurt one bit. I have been going to her for years and have always had a great results.

Salon 23 is a neighborhood gem. Justin at the front desk is very competent, efficient, and likeable. Jessica, my stylist always takes time to go over things first and takes extra care to style my hair the way I'd like to have it. She's very talented and conscientious. The salon is one of the best in town.

Jarod is amazing! He listens to what you want and then puts his perfection to work. I travel almost 2 hours every 8 weeks to allow him to work his magic and wouldn’t have it any other way. Thanks again for making me feel beautiful every time I leave the salon!
