Sage Dental of Daytona at Beach Street

I visited Sage dental on Beach St in Daytona Beach for an emergent dental situation. I must express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Polo and her staff for their kindness, patience, professionalism and downright great work on my mouth. What a wonderful experience! I found my new dentist. Thanks again.

Appointment started with waiting 60 min past my appointment time. Ive had this routine cleaning appointment for 6 months. I took off work as well. I've been going here for 7 years but today they acted like they had no idea who i was since this office has a revolving door of Dr.'s. Dr rubbed me wrong today with her demeanor & ridiculous questions & told me there wasnt enough time for a "cleaning" & could I afford it??? I have insurance.....? That was insulting. I didnt trust in the care id receive. I walked out. I won't be back. Completely wasted my day.

I have never gone to a dentist appointment and not come out regretting it. This location is fabulous. I had a deep cleaning with and I didn't even feel no pain (they used a small needle to numb you which I didn't even feel). The staff her are fabulous. I would recommend this location in Daytona 10 out of 10.

Haven't been to a dentist in around 10 yrs or so and went in with so much anxiety. These ladies made me felt so comfortable and helped ease my mind on alot of worries. I laughed I cried, and left with a game plan confidently ready to return.

Very courteous and nice people. Receive customers with a smile, establish a great relationship first. Assistance very nice. Explained what they were doing so you understand what’s being done. Dentist very nice and listen to you so she is sure you know each step.

I have worked with Tay 2 times in the last .month and she has been amazing. She fixed my broken bridge, and when she did it it lasted. She has a great bedside manor as well. Very kind to scared people like me. Did amazing job and did t rush. She wanted everything done right. She needs a raise!!

I really loved my old dentist there, Dr. Rawi. My trust in her allowed me to put up with the impossible scheduling, super long phone waits, and appointments that went way over schedule or were delayed. Without her around, none of the rest of it is worth putting up with. The new dentist there is someone I have no trust in. At one appointment, there was nothing at all problematic about my teeth. At the next appointment, 2 teeth were so bad the only remedy was crowns on both, $5k!!! I got a second opinion from a better dentist, and they had no idea what could it possibly warranted that extensive work. I needed one small filling, done the same day they saw it, and they warned me to probably not go back to Sage. Agreed. When I called to cancel future appointments, I was on hold for over 30 minutes before somebody picked up and asked if they could take my number and call me another day. I encourage all to find another dentist.
