if you’ve never been Given anesthesia I wouldn’t recommend coming here for wisdom teeth. Multiple reviews claim patients have woke up. For me, the anesthesiologist right from the gate was super rude to me. She had the waiting room Laughing at me when I said, I was anxious and wanted my spouse with me while I was put to sleep. She claimed he cannot come because it’s a sterile environment, which I work healthcare and That was not it the way the rooms are set up is there is multiple connected and there is no door So anyone could walk in in the And if there’s other appointments, other people can walk in during wisdom tooth extraction. Their slogan that’s all over their wall outside as they "cater to coward" Meaning you would expect them to be a little bit more caring, but that was not my experience at all. While I was back there getting ready And panicking because I don’t like anesthesia or need They tried laughing gas And then when I asked for a second to call someone To help call me she immediately went to Blaming me saying I’m why she’s six patients behind and I had only been in the office for five minutes. After that, I ended up Basically, walking out being told by the front desk that I would get my refund because I did not have any wisdom tooth removal. It has been almost a week and there has been no refund. My bank has told me they have not received any refund to clear. Almost every day I am calling the office and I’m getting no response and I’m leaving a message for them to call me back. All in all, I would not recommend this Dentist at least for wisdom teeth removal.

I went to the dentist with my son last week. It was like wow i couldn't believe the care he received. After listen to people i said i never listen to people again. I was reading false info now i know for myself. Greenberg dental is a 5 stars.Dr. Alhalaseh is awesome very good dentist. Her dental assistant Cindy is sooo nice and concern. I love Cindy. The entire staff is great and polite. Today we went back today had a appointment with the oral surgeon Dr.Lawson again 5 star his assistant Lisa is awesome. I want to also so say thanks to Tiffany and Teja. Please dont believe what you been reading go see for yourself. The prices is great. My son is very happy with the service he received . 5 sta

My daughter complained about her surgery of 2 tooth extraction. She was in pain and woke up during half of the surgery I am guessing she was not properly sedated. The assistant rudely pushed her hand away when she woke up she could feel the procedure. My daughter suffers from mental illness. I experienced the same results years ago my procedure I woke up and was in great pain. She said that she will never return here for extractions or root canals.

RUN, RUN, RUN! What a horrible experience. This dental office should not even be open — it’s extremely dirty from top to bottom. Even the lobby chairs are badly stained, looking as if someone had an accident on them. When I brought this up to the office manager, she responded, "What do you want me to do, have my staff stay after hours to clean?" — completely unprofessional. Then I met with Dr. Cherian, who walked into the exam room without even a hello or introduction. He immediately asked, "What tooth hurts?" and seemed irritated when I asked questions. He even said, "Obviously, you’re not familiar with this procedure. When you decide to do it, you’ll get an explanation." That was enough for me — I got up and left. Unprofessional, rude, and unsanitary. Avoid this place at all costs!

I went here because they were in network. My son needed four wisdom teeth extracted, for which my insurance stated would cover 80%. They had my insurance on file, and presented me with the following treatment plan that did not utilize my insurance, and told me that I was expected to pay the full $2646. After multiple times of calling to try to get clarification, granted the doctor was on vacation, when I finally got a call back I was told that the estimate was right, even though the estimate did not show what the insurance portion was. See below. Long story short I went to Port Orange Modern Dentistry and they quoted me $1248.

Office workers are very rude. The Dr is awesome. Woke up from both sides top and bottom wisdom tooth removal, and didnt notice a thing. Healed up in 4 days with 0 pain. Thank you

My 94-year-old mother woke up with a horrible toothache. She had been an established patient at Greenberg Dental. We called the office for hours to get an appointment to bring her in. No one answered the phones. We even called the emergency number. We explained. They were going to relay the message. No return call. Finally we brought her in as a walk-in. They refused to take her because walk-ins were only available until noon! They finally took her when I firmly explained we would have been here if they would answer their phones!
