Great Employees! I love this store and the incredible, kind, friendly and helpful employees at this store. They are right there to help you, and resolve or explain any issues no matter how busy they are. Grocery is a tough business and as a former store manager, I will say that a good employee is underpaid for the demands they must meet. Yet these folks seem happy to be here, so that speaks volumes about management. I shop here even when I can save money elsewhere because The stores are clean& organized and I know I will be treated well. I Love this store and recommend it. ❤️💯

Pretty disappointing, and hour before dinner time the hot chicken at the deli looked horrible. Dry and small. I asked if there was anymore and the guy just said "no". The place was pretty busy and there were ZERO registers open, our only option was self check out. I asked another guy if they could please open a register and his response was "no". The wait for self check out was ridiculous.

Went to the v store on 40th st.the shelves were well stoked. Store was very and well organized.

The people who work here aren't very kind. And the store director needs to find a different career path. He treats his employees like trash. The employees clearly don't care to be here because your lucky if they even glance your way. And dont hold your breath waiting for them to say hi to you cause it ain't going to happen!!!

Since moving to Arizona, Safeway is probably my favorite grocery store to shop at. Friendly staff to every store I’ve went to and the stores are always well organized and very clean.

Staff at this store just isnt friendly. Its unlike any other safeway in ahwatukee. Huge vibe shift.

I have been going to Starbucks for at least 15 -20 years and I have been getting the same drink for at least five years and the "manager" charged me $7.11 for a drink that I normally pay $6.24 for. She proceeded to argue with me when I insisted I never pay $7 for a drink at that store. Finally she asks me to pull up my receipt when I show her that I was in fact telling the truth, instead of honoring the price she tells me everyone else has been doing it wrong and proceeds to charge me $7.11. So you’re willing to lose a 20 year customer over .80, someone teach this manager about customer loyalty and well customer service in general. She does not represent the Starbucks brand and shouldn’t be in her position.
