Lams Market

They are kind of pricey I going here for many years and I like this place but just be aware that even tho the sigh said they close at 8:00PM they will start closing the light by 7:30 and won’t let walk in anymore. Also always check the products expire dates before purchasing I accidentally purchased expired items many times there. They have too many expire products.

Great place to shop for your Asian food and seafood. Employees are customer friendly. The only con I have is I don't like the fishy smell of both stores. Or whatever that stench is when you walk in.

This is an awesome Asian market. It's a little crazy to see all the different, unusual foods. Their produce and meat departments have a great variety and everything is fresh. There are many, many sauces and dry goods. With a new wok and wok cookbooks, there were lots of ingredients I didn't know existed. Well, rest assured, Lam's has it all. What makes it even better is the staff is so helpful. One clerk, on several occasions, helped me find everything on my list. The store is not in a great area, but makes up for it with variety, quality, and friendliness. If you need an Asian market, I strongly encourage you to try Lam's!

I've come to this grocery store a few times and it's the main one I go to for Asian foods. It's definitely unassuming and relatively small but they have all the core staples you'd look for at an Asian market (esp. Chinese, Japanese, Korean food and drink - there is a Filipino section, though it's not very big, but it's noteworthy since that can be hard to find). The quality is consistently good here, I've never had any issues. The prices are also pretty good, in fact I'm pretty sure some of the produce prices beat my local big chain grocer. Just keep in mind that anything imported will always be a bit pricier than the equivalent product (if one exists) in western cuisine.

We love Lam's Market. A wonderful, old-fashioned Asian supermarket with tons of variety, fresh fruit, veggies, meat and seafood. You'll see from the photos that it's clean and well organized. This is specifically the Lam's at 35th and Camelback. We used to go to the Lam's at 67th and Indian School, but this one is closer to home. Whether you're in a family that regularly cooks Asian food or are experimenting with Asian cuisine, you should be able to find all the ingredients you need at Lam's.

Check dates before you purchase big mistake on my part for not checking dates. Purchased $100 worth of items and 2 items were outdated. Hello Panda Chocolate Cookies Expired May 21st 2025 Peach Fruit Juice Expired February 11th 2025

While I do love the store because they have a array of international things that you need and I know that prices are up, but they are pretty high priced, but I love their quality of fresh fruit and vegetables.
