5 years ago I went here for a color and had a bad experience, they did not put on a barber cape and ruined a brand new pair of jeans and all the owner said was "Oh, sorry". 5 years later I decided to try and go back to get my hair professionally done for my wedding. I will never be going back. Not only did the color completely wash out of the bottom of my hair but the stylist who did my hair, Nikki, said it was no problem and I could come back if it faded because she said there was a chance it would. She said nothing about an additional charge. I sent $100 last week on this and she said she wanted another $50 to touch it up, I texted her back asking "$50 just for the bottom?" Then she said she would do it for $25...after I just spent $100 the week before. If that was bad enough, after my hair was colored and I was finished up the OWNER said is "your name Jackie Iris?" I said "yes" She then said "Oh, you're the only bad review we have on here-I guess a $20 hair cut was too expensive for you" She had the worse attitude. I honestly thought after 5 years it would be a better experience. Everyone who's seen my hair and I have told them about the experience said I should get a full refund but they're trying to change me more for something that should not have washed out of my hair in a week. I've learned my lesson from this place, horrible people skills for the owner and unprofessional. Very disappointed in this place and will not recommend to anyone.

what i wanted and what i got. strongly do not recommend nikki. i knew something was wrong when she pulled out a HAIR STRAIGHTENER to straighten my hair before cutting. never used heat protectant or anything beforehand. what kind of hairdresser uses a hair straightener to cut hair?? she did not even wet my hair a single bit. she asked me if i wanted to texturalize my hair and that i wouldn’t "lose any length" but now it looks like i have a poorly-done mullet. the total was $32 which was quite ridiculous for how terrible this looked. i went home and cried because i had a florida trip the next week. she absolutely THINNED out my hair a large amount. before this, i had beautiful thick hair and i regret coming here so much. absolutely terrible, do not come here.

Blown away! This was my first (and will definitely not be my last) time visiting this salon. I treat myself to getting my hair done typically once a year. I’ve tried a variety of other salons in town and 9/10 times left disappointed. This is the first time in a LONG time that I’ve left a hair appointment and feeling truly happy with the results. Nikki was amazing. So patient and so kind. I have a ton of hair and she took her time and didn’t just try and rush through it. The price was absolutely more than fair and the environment was so welcoming. Seriously a hidden gem in Sioux City. Thank you a million

I used to love going to this salon up until the last few times. So where do i start I get to my appointment a few minutes early. And was told it was going to be a little bit so 40 min or so after my scheduled appointment she starts my hair and ran out of bleach and went the other hair dressers bowl that had bleach in it as well and put it on my hair. So after that she put me under the dryer left me under there for longer than 45 min to tend to the 1st lady she put before me so when she finally got back to me she rinsed my hair and the part where she used the other hairdresser bleach volume was not the same shade as the rest so she tones my hair darker with a hint of green that was not supposed to be there to try to get it to match and it did not. And fried my hair more. So ya never going back there again. To bad your losing a great customer and thanks for doing me a favor and not getting a hold of me. Thankful that my hair is finally getting healthy from my new stylist!

Nikki is absolutely amazing! Even though she was very busy she made sure every client had an amazing experience. She is very skilled at what she does and I would definitely recommend her to anyone! This is the best experience I've ever had at a salon!

I've had a busy week at work, and Yesterday was my only day off, I'm grateful they had an opening. Nicki did an outstanding job; she was friendly and my hair looks amazing!! I would recommend it to anyone.

Jody and Nikki are both awesome!!! I have been coming here since Jody opened in 2013 and only here. Jody always does an outstanding job. My hair is in the best condition since coming here.
