Scheduling an appointment at Rosemont Dental was incredibly easy, even as a new patient. The reception team was warm, polite, and responsive — they patiently answered my questions and promptly texted me the necessary forms, which made the process smooth and stress-free. During my visit, the hygienist was out of town, but the dental assistants stepped in and were excellent — knowledgeable, kind, and professional throughout. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Askari left something to be desired. He was quite blunt and began the appointment by recommending teeth whitening, followed by an upsell of various cosmetic procedures. As a new patient, this felt abrupt and a bit off-putting. The cleaning itself was also rushed, lasting only about five minutes. Another thing to note: there are several prominent "No Phones Allowed" and "Phone Use Prohibited" signs posted throughout the waiting area and dental rooms. While understandable from a privacy standpoint, it added a bit of stress for me as a new mom wanting to stay reachable in case of any issues at home with my baby. Overall, Rosemont Dental excels in accessibility and patient care from the support staff. If you're comfortable with a more direct, sales-oriented approach from the dentist, this office could still be a good fit.

Everyone is very nice, and they are very thorough! The cleanings and procedures they explain everything! I recommend anyone to come here!
