The doctor is thorough and takes the time to explain all treatment options clearly, making sure you fully understand what’s necessary and why. There’s never any pressure, just honest guidance and excellent care. From my cleaning to my crown even my Invisalign treatment I always knew what to expect! And a special shout-out to the office manager, Danielle — she is absolutely the glue that holds everything together. From A to Z, she is on top of every detail and ensures the entire experience runs smoothly. Her organization, communication, and calming presence truly make for a peaceful, stress-free visit every time. I can’t recommend Frederick Dental Group enough!

Best dental practice, ever. The entire staff is kind and accommodating. I have been coming to Frederick Dental for over 20 years and have never had a negative experience. They are great at ensuring that the anxiety most of us feel when we visit the dentist is minimized. This makes you feel comfortable in returning to complete any treatment plan, as well as your regular cleanings for maintaining your oral health. Kudos to the team at Frederick Dental. As a 79-year-old patient, visiting a dental office makes me very anxious. However, my experience with Dr. Baddam at Frederick Dental Group has been nothing short of exceptional. Several years ago, before my heart surgery, Dr. Baddam painlessly extracted my wisdom teeth and fabricated a porcelain crown the same day. Because of that positive experience, when I recently needed care again, I chose to return to him even though the office no longer accepts my insurance. I knew from experience that not all dentists are capable of handling a surgical extraction of a root-canal-treated wisdom tooth anchoring a bridge especially in a medically complex patient like me. My heart valve replacement mandates me to take a heavy dose of antibiotics as pre-medication. Dr. Baddam was genuinely concerned about the risk of bacterial endocarditis and, despite having a full-time hygienist, he personally took care of my dental cleaning to ensure my safety. This wisdom tooth was also one of the anchors for my bridge. Dr. Baddam clearly explained the risks, including the possibility of losing the bridge. Understanding how important it was for me to keep it—since it is my only help for chewing food and proper nutrition—he proceeded with great skill and care. He sectioned the tooth and removed it without causing any harm to the bridge. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Baddam was incredibly empathetic, patient, and reassuring. He truly understood that nutrition is an integral part of my overall health and treated me with kindness and respect. Thank you, Dr. Baddam, for taking such excellent care of me yesterday despite your very busy schedule. I am deeply grateful and would highly recommend him without hesitation. Seven stars out of five for his outstanding skill, compassion, and dedication!

Best dental experience ever. I had to have two failing crowns extracted. It was virtually painless! Dr. Verma and Alex made me feel very comfortable and kept me informed. Danielle was thorough in explaining my treatment and benefits and payment options. I’m excited to go back and continue my treatment. I know I’m in the best hands.

The team here is first and foremost, a 'Team'. The level of cohesion and collaboration between people who obviously respect each other and are singularity focused on delivering the best result for the patient is evident immediately and continually through the entire visit. I called first thing in the morning after suffering a broken crown the night before. Despite not having been to any dentist in years, much less a current patient of this practice, the staff swiftly found a way to help me in between their current patient load while also working around an appointment I had later in the day. I was greeted kindly, respectfully, genuinely made to feel that the team could not have been happier work me around their schedule. Everything was explained to me with excellent detail and reasoning and every question I had was answered without rush or the exasperation typical to many medical offices. Dr. Baddam was terrific and found a temporary solution to work with my budget and timetable. Hiss assistant Alex was warm and attentive throughout. Special shout-out to Dental Assistant Daniella who was professional, kind, and did everything in her power to put me at ease. I left the office today with a plan to resolve immediate problems, an appointment for next steps, and a firm belief that I am definitely going to continue with this team for the foreseeable future. I absolutely recommend anybody considering a new dental team to check them out.

Great practice! Their staff really took the time to make a dental health plan for me and are extremely responsive to my needs. My teeth are finally healthy again thanks to them. I am so happy and highly recommend coming to this office!
