Crystal and other employees never hesitate to give me objective and honest advice. I appreciate their willingness to help, regardless of how busy they are. The owners are always pleasant, and are a great asset to Lawton small business!

Went there twice now, I felt like I was being watched and followed too much. The first time was great, a girl named Kati was working and she made me feel great about myself and this time it was just too much. I don't appreciate being targeted because of my skin color. 😤 If I could give 0 stars I would. Hire better employees who are trained in diversity awareness and inclusion, because while you were following me, I watched a white lady shove products in to her coat and I choose silence since you chose intrinsic bias. 😉 😀 🤣

Wow!!! This store has everything! No moreteips to OKC to get your products. Great selection of wigs, hair, hair products, jewelry, clothes, purses, piercings, so much for updos. The owners are so quiet and nice. The store is under new owners and they are so helpful! Mrs. Young was very kind and helped me to pick the sizes I needed. She didn't follow me around the store, and I had to ask for assistance, but this is because of the owners' respect for their customers to shop unbothered. Check them out. You will not be disappointed.

I Love hair stores and what to find but this one is in the cut and just too Dim in lighting you can’t see. I bought hair gel that expired Sept 2024 I think it’s called sofnfree flaxseed and rose water gel… please check dates I usually do but eh….😶‍🌫️ I’m done about it. Hopefully I don’t loose all my hair. Keep Me In Your Thoughts🧑🏽‍🦲… I don’t relax my hair but I also saw packets of relaxer… if I did I would need like 80pkts I don’t see the point in packets unless you relaxing your baby hair only 🤔

This place is awesome! The staff was really helpful and attentive. The one lady, I think her name was Crystal, got me the perfect product for my very special need. 10/10, highly recommended.

August 21, 2025 in the afternoon my grandson and his girlfriend went in to the store. The worker greeted them and his girlfriend responded with "good" but she's very soft spoken and I guess they didn't hear her. The 2 workers proceeded to ridicule them loudly talking to each other saying see this is why I don't like to say anything and thats okay, they don't have to say anything back. There were other customers in the store. Being really rude so the grandson and his girlfriend felt uncomfortable and started to leave. The 2 workers started making fun of the pink in his girlfriend's hair as they walked out. Needless to say she won't be back.
