Omg I do not recommend this place! You will spend all of your money on the cutest items! Danger alert! They also gave me 2 free face masks which I thought was really sweet and thoughtful. The employee there was super sweet. I do recommend 😆

The Reiwatakiya store is honestly super cute — it has that cozy, clean, and aesthetic vibe that makes you want to buy everything on the shelves. The product selection is great and the layout is adorable. However, my experience was kind of ruined by one of the staff. The tall lady with short hair wearing a pink sweater tried to help me pick a makeup shade, but she completely recommended the wrong one. I trusted her opinion, but when I got home and tried it, it looked nothing like my tone — way off! I know everyone can make mistakes, but it felt like she didn’t really take the time to look or listen when I explained what I needed. So, while the store itself is really cute and worth visiting, I’d recommend double-checking your shades and maybe not relying too much on that particular staff member’s suggestions.

Store has a variety of items both korean brands and japanese brands but they don't sell OG items that was popular in the past (such as hadalabo yellow bottle) and prices were a little bit more than if you purchase products online. But this store is prefect for people that cannot get the items shipped to their country or don't buy too many items.

Everything in this store was so cute! Only draw back is if you don't know Japanese, you might have a hard time knowing what anything is. I'm sure since all the products were imported, they were all kinda pricey. The snacks they had here were really unique and good! We got some sunscreen here. The staff were nice and helped us figure out what the products were.

The girls are usually very friendly and ready to help. The older Chinese lady doesn’t seem very welcoming and is often sitting on her phone every time behind the register whenever my friends or I come in. I’m surprised when she standing up checkout when sees us buying a lot of products for once she actually working not on her phone!

Prices compare to Amazon, if not cheaper. Recommend the $5 Japanese-import Churus for a quick snack for your cats. Plenty of offerings not online as well, like the And Good Night pillow sachets. They use essential oils to help you fall asleep.

I absolutely love this Japanese beauty store! They have so many cute products — everything from the packaging to the design is so adorable that I wanted to take everything home! The variety is great too, with skincare, makeup, and beauty tools all in one place. Shopping here was such a fun experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful, giving personalized recommendations without being pushy at all. I've already recommended this store to several friends, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
