Highly recommend! I always have such a great experience at Refined Beauty Medical Spa in Nashua. Meghan is absolutely amazing, she’s so personable, easy to talk to, and makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you walk in. The space itself is quaint, inviting, and has such a warm, relaxed vibe. Nothing about it feels intimidating, which is such a huge relief, especially for women in their 40s and 50s who may feel nervous about trying medical aesthetics or injectables for the first time. I would recommend this place to anyone considering any type of medical aesthetic procedure. Meghan truly makes the experience feel effortless and enjoyable. So glad I found this place!

Meghan is the best! Other injectors always seem in a rush to get you out the door but she takes her time and listens to any concerns/requests you have. She’s super friendly & knowledgeable and my Botox always comes out perfect!

Wish I could give 100 stars! Meghan is phenomenal! After a day or two of the most mild swelling, everyone was asking if I lost weight or changed my hair, saying I looked 5 years younger, without having a "injection/botox" look.

I absolutely loved meeting Megan and getting my filler needs. Unlike a lot of the recent popup money-hungry shops for Medispa's Megan is honest and will give you her advice to make sure your needs/expectations are met, which is admirable because you need to be able to trust someone who is making any changes to your face or appearance. I think she is absolutely amazing and I could not feel more confident in my decision to visit her for any of my filler needs! She has given my self esteem a major boost and I am so grateful that I found her!
